I really need to dust off my passport and make a concerted effort to leave work behind for a week and set sail for a new destination.I live a healthy lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise, but I"m not a crazed fanatic about either. I'm fortunate that good genetics has allowed me to get by on 3 workouts a week, and I really enjoy swimming, pilates, yoga, walking, and dancing. Hobbies include cooking, baking, gardening, playing Scrabble, reading, and listening to live music...especially the blues. I"m not a big TV watcher, but if I do, I prefer to be educated along the way...NatGeo, the History Channel, Discovery, TLC, HGTV etc. You'll never catch me watching reality TV....nope, never!
