About Me

I am a third grade teacher aspiring to be a farmer someday! I have a chicken coop in my backyard and turned my side yard into a veggie garden. I love spending time outdoors, but also like to stay inside with a good book. Reading is one of my favorite things to do. I would definitely call myself a bookworm. I also like to cook and bake. I enjoy trying new foods and finding new restaurants to try. I guess you could say I'm a bit of a foodie. I do like to be out and about, but I also enjoy relaxing at home. I love riding my bike and going to farmer's markets. I like to golf, but am quite terrible at it. First dates are tricky! I'd love to just meet at a restaurant that's small and cozy, order a glass of wine, and just chat. It's important to meet somewhere that's not too loud and crazy, so that we can actually talk and get to know one another. Good company always needs good food too!
