Welcome! A bit about myself:My friends call me Olly. I'm a 'checks what's new on ***, keeps up with TV shows like it's my job, reads before bed, and plays old video games' kind of guy. I have a nice little career working in Web Services at Dartmouth College. I still have an entrepreneurial bug in my brain, but I have great co-workers and this is a beautiful area, so for the present I'm enjoying the perks of the white collar.I'm here to meet an independent-minded woman. Having your own opinions and challenging me when I'm being silly is valuable, and any guys who tell you otherwise aren't worth your time. I don't always want to be at loggerheads, though--I'd like to find a partner who shares some of my taste in music, movies, and TV, and can hopefully introduce me to some new things. High tolerance for the occasional road trip and an adventurous palate are pluses. Must have a favorite book :-)Books: Ender Saga and Sandman are my hands-down favorites, but I also dabble in classic lit. I'll read anything good, though--right now I'm re-reading the Hitchhiker's books.Movies: Where to even begin? I had to leave my BluRay collection with a friend because it's so irresponsibly large that I don't have room for it in my current place. Tell you what, I'll start you off with one: 12 Monkeys.Food: Less than I used to; I'm down 40 pounds from where I topped out. Guiltiest pleasure would have to be pastries and baked goods. For someone who has ostensibly reformed their diet, I eat way too many donuts. I know dinner dates are clichéd, but I really love trying new restaurants, especially holes in the wall. If a diner exists, and I have not tried it yet, I will want to. Depending on what time of year we meet, my condo association has a pool that's very fun to swim in. I also love bowling, despite being awful at it. That's just the stuff that's local--if you know of any cool places to hang out not so close to home, road trips are a good option in my book.

I am not trying to ask for anything from you that I don't bring myself.If you are uneasy about the divorce thing (understandable, thanks for reading this far past it) I understand - let me say that if you regularly inflect and present your thoughts/feelings honestly then the central issue of that unfortunate learning experience will be avoided for us. If we are a good match, excellent. If we are not hyper-compatible, let's be friends anyway but please let's not fool ourselves and force personal changes that we cannot live with later. I generally like who I am and I need you to be comfortable enough as an individual that you don't feel the need to make drastic personal changes for me. I never have and never will expect that, and undue resentment, anger, and regret are not things I want to sign either you or me up for. I'm open-minded, but I'm not into pressurized or exceedingly romantic pretenses when I set out to get to know someone. A comfortable place and activity, calm and spacious enough to have meaningful (or ridiculous after work) conversation. Examples: coffee/drinks in a low-key establishment, a stroll around beautiful downtown Indy. I don't know, it's really not all that complicated.

Hey there. I'm 22, about to be 23. I hate getting old. lol jk. my favorite color is green cause growing up i didn't meet another person with green eyes so i thought i was special until i was 16 and found another person with green eyes. darn the bad luck. very out going, i help anyone i can when i can. just how I was raised. I'm very friendly and i stand up for people who don't stand up for themselves. very romantic when the time is right and a down right goof ball at all times. serious when needed. ill let the rest be for now cause then what else is there to learn if you read everything i am here. but then again, how does one fully describe oneself in a paragraph or two? can't. just cause someone dresses differently or believes differently doesn't mean they are a bad person. read a book, don't go online and check the cliff notes. and not all covers are shiny and new, many are weathered and rough but inside are smooth pages with a great story.
