Don't be shy! Send a message. Won't get no where if you don't take a chance. . I am a single mom with 2 wonderful boys who are my heart and soul. I'm a little skeptical of dating sites. You meet some really weird people. But here it goes!! I am a very strong independent woman with a very sensitive side. I am a bakery manager and I love what I do.. I workout everyday. I enjoy the beach, movies, and boxing. I love to cook and spend time with my boys. I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. I am straight forward and will always tell you like it is.I love spending time with friends and family. I especially love spending time with my boys. I never did drugs or even experimented. I've never smoked pot or cigarettes. I do drink on occasion. And I do have a tattoo. I am looking for a man with similar qualities, who's funny, likes to have a good time but will also challenge me to be better. But at the same time treat me with dignity and respect as I would to him as well. I am very affectionate and romantic.I put my all into a relationship. I believe you get what you put into it. I want it all. The friend, partner, and lover. If you decide to take a chance. I promise you won't regret it.Life is short and I believe in living life to the fullest. I also believe in keeping things fresh, fun, and exciting. So please only serious inquiries . No games, no bullshit.I Don't like liars. Also if we do have a connection and decide to meet remember you can't necessarily get a connection in 2 hours time. Your meeting each other for the first time. Both parties are nervous. And it takes time to get to know someone. The ideal first date for me is nothing out of the norm. Dinner and a movie. If it were a clear night out a walk on the beach. Going to the beach to watch the sun as it drops off into the ocean. Or even a drink and conversation.

Here I am....Amy. I am a beautiful lady looking for a date and the potential to find more. I travel a lot for work, but when I'm home I like to have a good time. I have a great group of friends, but I want more than friends. Lets chat and see if we might be able to have some fun together. Never know, it might just turn into the best thing ever!! I have a great sense of humor and would love to find someone who does as well.

This portion, like me, is a work in progress. I am going through a rough patch (the bald head should make that pretty obvious:-)). However, cancer has taught me that my prior belief that I was happy being single & doing my own thing was wrong. I want a long lasting relationship. I want someone to grow old with. I want a partner, someone to walk beside me, someone to make me laugh, someone to share things with, etc. I want someone that challenges me to be a better person. I want someone that nicely points out a different way of looking at things. It should go without saying that I want someone that is honest, hardworking, monogamous, self sufficient, etc, but some of people seem to have difficulty with these things. So, I'll just say up front, I am not willing to tolerate lying, cheating, or paying for everything. I want to be treated like the lady that I am. That does not mean that I expect my man to pay for everything or shower me roses/gifts. I enjoy being a lazy bum, but I also like exploring new places, hiking, camping, playing softball, walking around the neighborhood, sitting by a fire with friends, etc. I love to be on or near the water, but not so much being in it. I also enjoy crocheting, sewing, & other crafts. I like to read, mainly murder/detective mysteries. I also enjoy keeping up with what my kids are reading, so I also read about teenage vampires and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid. My kids are a huge part of my life. We tend to function as one big unit - making decisions together & doing things together. We do enjoy doing things together, which is amazing since two of them are teenagers. We also love getting in the car & Something else we find to be a lot of fun is Geocaching. If you like puzzles & being outside, then you should give this hobby a try! I would love to find someone to go and have fun with when my kids are gone. And hopefully find my forever friend. This part is hard, cuz like most people I am cautious & want to meet in a public place (so if one of us is an ax murderer lots of folks will be traumatized by the violence) and it should be some sort of brief activity so that if either one of us wants to make a quick escape it won't seem so rude, cuz being polite to strangers is super important. Did I mention I am a smart ass? And I love sarcasm, too.I think the second date is more important. It's the one where we've both decided that there is a spark, a possibility, maybe even butterflies. I think this date should be something neither of us have done before, but both have always wanted to do.
