It could be a certain look in his eyes or the way he smiles but whatever it is, it captures my attention and makes me want to get to know him more. A few traits that I do value, however, are honesty, integrity, kindness, openness, a good sense of humor, desire for partnership, non-judgmental, and being comfortable with who he is and where he is in his life. One note: Just because I don't have a long list of "must haves" does not mean I have no standards!
