Time for a change, after being on and off of this site for while, I have learned a few things: I need patience and not everyone that says they want a relationship, really does. . I find this time of year, bittersweet, it brings and end to the beautiful, warm weather most t of us can't wait for with the parties, picnics or just friends having a gatherings which I enjoy so much, It also brings the coming of fall and another year closer to the end. I love sweaters and turtlenecks and holding hands, crispy air, fresh picked apples and cooler nights on the deck with my favorite person maybe a glass of wine or some new beverage I have been introduced to. I believe I am easy to get along with, have a pretty good sense of humor...(my friends say I should do stand-up comedy) I enjoy a multitude of activities.. Concerts, outdoor fairs , antiques, walks, bowling, long rides, traveling, gardens, I am a sap for the State Fair.. l adore animals and have one cat, at the present time. I am not allergic to anything and don't mind having them around, I am not fussy, they can sit on the couch if they want to, and sleep on the bed too.. (unless its a snake, or reptile) I am willing to try and learn new things. I am versatile , but no bungee jumping., parachuting or eating strange bugs. I am sincere, and maybe overly sensitive at times, .. but. hey, I am a woman and I admit it. I have no children, and possibly a small amount of baggage, as anyone our age does. I would hope the person I meet has some of the same things in common as me, but not all, I feel that couples need space, but also need good communication and time together. I would like to be able to laugh, cry, yell if I need to and just be myself, without judgment, control or controversy. My music preference .. hhmmm, it changes. Classic rock, 80's hair bands, R & B, top 40..; I like it all. . but not a fan of much rap or country, but it is not a deal breaker. thanks for reading my profile... a casual meeting, no expectations, a walk, coffee, whatever we both feel comfortable with.

I am nice person...a bit ditzy ( not stupid tho...) and forgetful but very loyal to those who are in my world. I have a 23 year old son who just got back from his service in the Army and he is my roommate now. We co exist in a very cool way. No parent child issues. He is an amazing young man and we always got along fine before he left. Now its better because he returned a mature man with all the wild seeds worked out care of US Army. He has strong morals and is a very loyal person. I know some women have told me that men don't like women who have sons at home. Sorry if that is a deal breaker but I cant see how it would be in my case. You would probably like him more than me...LOL...Still holding onto the goal that there will be a man that will prefer me above all others. I like that comfort zone. I can usually catch on pretty quick on intents...nothing is bad per se...but may not be what I am wanting now. Can you make me laugh? Comfortable in your own skin? Want a trophy? ( delete and move on...not me!!). Just be honest about who you are and what you are looking for. Just got a black lab mix this past week...awesome dog I got from the pound. Thought I would end up getting some kind of lap dog ...and I guess I did. He just doesn't realize that he is too big for my lap. Just because I would like to have a one on one relationship doesn't mean I will fall into it on one date. Not a serial dater either. I just don't date as a full time job. Not much happens overnight. The first connection can be pretty strong sometimes, but one of us will go running from that if its too intense....yes...it does happen. I am thinking that going slow at first and getting to know each other as friends would be a good thing. I don't know....Surprise me!!! I think the old fashioned idea of calling a few days ahead and not asking what I would like to do, but having something all planned out is nice. As we were discussing the other day though, the practice of a man actually calling and having an event planned and ASKING a woman to come out, has been replaced with a text saying..." what are you up to ?" NOTE!! One last thing. Please do not *** question my religious habits, churches, beliefs or whatever you want to call it, to see if I belong to the same club as you do. . I mean it can be an important thing to you but not in the first contact *** really bad form and about as impolite as asking how much money you make And ..asking if I am a Christian?? I can believe in a higher power...but if I call it something other than what you call it.....there is no way to respond that is going to have a positive reaction. I am very spiritual. Save it for a later discussion. I can understand why to some that is important. I wish the best. Just I feel my beliefs are personal. And scammers ...please note that I will report you and I know what a fake profile is....
