I have a vision of relationship with a loving, funny, big-hearted man who has a strong spiritual focus and who desires a deeply loving, committed, monogamous union with his best friend and soul mate. But I like the quote anyway because the anonymous person who wrote it must have understood the value of having the love of a woman in his life.I'm very well-traveled and lived in Monte Carlo for a few years, which was an unforgettable experience.- but I'm not finished with Europe, and look forward to more travels in the future. I'm pretty funny, and I love to laugh ... a LOT :)One more quote I ran across recently which caught my attention: "If she's amazing, she won't be easy. If she's easy, she won't be amazing. If you give up, you're not worthy - Truth is, everybody is going to hurt you; you just gotta find the one worth suffering for." -- Bob Marley … Now, I don't know if you will find me amazing or not, but if you do, then I promise that the reward will be SO much greater than the suffering :)I find that sometimes the biggest hurdle towards meeting someone is in making the first move – hey, we might have much more in common than you might think initially :) And what have you got to lose?Here are some key words and phrases that are meaningful to me: Dancing as though no one is watching; a life filled with love and laughter; to love someone deeply; family life; best friend and confidante; strong communicator; fun; living in color and laughing out loud; prayer and meditation; humor; love of children and animals; spiritual courage; Passionate Love; the poetry of Rumi; conscious relationship; financially stable and secure with the ability to give and receive in abundance; deep intimacy and connectedness; honesty; love of music; love without pulling back; flexibility; healthy living; smells good; trustworthy and dependable; emotional expansion; self-confidence; Love of My Life; integrity; God-filled marriage;; mutual trust ... After one or more successful, flowing phone conversations, we will want to meet in person to check out the personal chemistry - if this meeting is successful and if we agree to meet again, then this would be the first date.     All my kids are grown and married, and I want to build a life with someone. It's too lonely all by myself!!I've been thin & athletic most my life, but I had an auto accident a few years ago, and all the rest & medications made me gain a LOT of weight. I couldn't start working out till a few months ago. I've already lost 35 lbs, but have at least 30 lbs to go. If you want someone sweet, loving & devoted, that's me, if you don't mind me having extra weight right now, and working out with me to keep losing the weight. I love the Lord, but as Christians, we can still have fun! I love to walk, hike, be at the beach, watch sunsets, hang out at the lake-ride seadoos or boat, go to the mountains, and ALL kinds of different activities. I like most kinds of music except hard rock and rap. I listen to new country & christian music a lot, but love soul, pop, soft & classic rock & lots more.I am a very honest, loyal, & dedicated person. I'm hoping to eventually find a committed relationship that could lead to marriage, but start as friends first. It has to be a Godly based relationship, where God comes first.Family is very important to me. I have 3 kids, all are married and in their 20's. I also have 6 grandkids.. I love kids, so I don't mind it if someone has kids under 18, or has grandkids too.I love family and/or friends bbq's, get togethers. I enjoy watching movies at home, enjoying a fire, and some of the simpler things of life. I've enjoyed the simpler things in life, as well as the richer things in life, and I can be happy in either world, but I'd rather have good family & friends, than all the riches in the world.
