About Me

Well, where to start? I guess I can get the demographics out of the way. I work locally too. I became a Certified Medical Coder in July ***. I currently work for a health insurance company and I like it so far. I am a very nice, sweet person (if I may say so myself). It would be nice to meet somebody who is the same way! It is hard to meet genuine people these days. I am not all about looks, a personality can win me over in a heartbeat. It's important to take care of ourselves that way! I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, listening to music, watching movies, reading, going out with friends (dinner or drinks), playing board games, going out to explore a town or on a nature walk. Music I listen to includes Rock, Alternative, Celtic, some Hip Hop, and some Country. Movies I watch are Romantic Comedy, Comedy, Fantasy, and some Action. This is all I can think of for now. If you are the type to play games or leave somebody hanging out to dry, then don't even waste your breath! Not trying to be mean, but I do not have time for that kind of stuff, nor is that somebody I want to be associated with. Thanks! I like to meet somebody first before doing a "first date." Meeting up to take a walk or something like that (in a public place, of course). It can really take the nerves out of the first date if it gets to that point. As for first dates, the traditional dinner can work. I don't care for the movies as a first date, it doesn't give you a chance to talk.

    I can't really say I am new to the area anymore, but that doesn't mean that I don't have plenty more exploring to do here. I love the outdoors and, of course, the water. My views on dating: I'm not looking to go out on a bunch of dates with random people. For me, dating is the way of finding the one person to spend your life with. This does not mean, however, that I plan on jumping into things or getting married before I have spent plenty of time getting to know that person and building a solid foundation for our relationship. It only means that I don't believe in dating people that I KNOW I could never be with long term. I'm looking for "Mr. Right". I want to find someone who I have some common interests with, knows what he wants in life, and with whom I can become best friends. Friendship is key! Although I am looking for "the one", I believe that every relationship should start with an amazing friendship. If it's right, it will develop from there. If it isn't right, then we have both gained a friend. It's a win-win situation. I can't wait to hear from you.
