About Me

Well it seems as though a little clarification is required...I worked hard in school. I am, honestly looking for someone who also has at least a bachelors degree. Current or prior military-I definitely understand how hard it is to balance that with school so that's not a big deal. I am a professional. I have a professional job. If we have nothing in common what are we going to discuss? That being said, the quintessential DC guy isn't the guy for me. I don't want some Hill driven guy who hasn't been out of the city in a week. I like men who enjoy the outdoors as much as I do since I actually arrange my schedule around my activities. A man who is just as comfortable in dirty jeans as he is in business clothes is definitely the right guy. I am into camping, fishing, archery, shooting, I ride horses, love to hike, love bonfires, I also off road in my Jeep as a hobby. I also enjoy wine tastings, microbrews, occasionally clubbing with my girlfriends, theater (live), restaurants and many other non-country/wooded things. I work in the medical field. I am also published-that being said, good spelling is really sexy. I realize this is not a professional document when it comes to small errors, but really...So I am not 5'2" and 100lbs. I am tall, strong and fit. I trail run a minimum of 4 days a week. I eat clean and I also lift weights. I am not looking for anyone who isn't fit. Taking care of your body is extremely important to me and it should be to you. That being said no gym rats eitherThe kind of guys who spark my interest are fun, laid back and energetic at the same time. They enjoy the outdoors, do not have to enjoy dancing at a club as long as they don't mind if I do once a month (or less). A man with an advanced diet-who isn't afraid to try anything and enjoys home cooked healthy yet delicious meals. A guy who really loves exploring and enjoying life and knows what he wants. I am completely unique as far as everyone says. I have a tendency to make friends everywhere I go, being extroverted to the max-but not in a flirty valley girl way. I am used to attending formal events, with ambassadors and other important figures. I also fit in perfectly at a bonfire or a country bar. Not a fake...- Sitting outside on the water followed by a walk. Having a bite to eat in Mt. Maybe I will teach my date how to shoot a bow (I teach archery)A day fishing is also nice :-) also shooting!

    Hello! I'm a part time hair stylist by trade, & full time single momma! I absolutely LOVE my profession. I love making people feel good about themselves just by doing what I truly love. I have a huge passion for hair, & can't imagine doing anything different! I'm doing exactly what I said I wanted to do when I was asked as a kid, a hair stylist & a mommy. I would love to one day, be my own boss. Own my own salon or rent a chair... ONE DAY! As you can probably tell from my pictures, my hair is CONSTANTLY changing. Part of being a hair stylist!!! currently its got quite a bit of blonde with some red.:)I do prefer hard rock or alternative. I'm really not really in the car very much, so I don't know too much of the "new" and current. I do listen to other things as well. I'm not too picky. Just not a rap fan at all!I do have a little boy, he's my EVERYTHING... I can't imagine my life with out him, or what it was like before him. I absolutely love being a mother! He & I do live with my parents. We are VERRRRY fortunate to of had their amazing love & support the last 3 years! However, That being said... I do not get much free time. So, dating isn't the easiest thing. I don't pawn him off on my parents so I can go out. He's my responsibility, not theirs. I will not want to date random guys & have them in and out of his life. SO... I will ONLY take things slow. He'll be introduced later, not immediately. Though I will probably talk about him ALL time, and If that bothers you, you're not the one for me. His father is in his life, so I'm not at all looking for a new daddy for him, but someone who can act as a responsible male figure is a MUST!; motherhood). I am not going to sit here & deny that. I am confident in who I am as a person, regardless if i'm not happy with my weight. I haven't lost my baby weight gain, & my son is about 3 now...so obviously its not coming off quick..and I'm OK with that. He was/is healthy so i'd do it OVER & OVER!! I do want to work on it though. I really want to be healthy! I've done it before and can do it again! I will NEVER have the perfect body after carrying a baby and having a c-section. Just throwing that out there! I think TRUE beauty comes from the inside out of a person. I fully intend to teach my son just that. I do not think there are enough people left in the world that look at inner beauty. Its all about someones "looks". I've seen gorgeous women that are so ugly in personality I don't understand how having someone "hot" is more important. I know we come from a society where perfect makeup hair and clothes make you "better", BUT i don't agree. When it comes to a guy: Looks are not the most important thing to me, personality connection is very important. I do however like a guy with some meat on his bones, tallish, a great smile (teeth are quite important), & I really love facial hair too. I absolutely love to laugh, &want someone who can make me laugh, laugh with me, & let me laugh at! BUT also, know when to be a grown up!Right now, I'm just looking to see who's out there. make new friends, & go from there. I'm looking for my Mr. Right.
