About Me

I'm not sure if anyone really reads these or not, but here goes. I hope you take the time to read to the end. He must be honest, kind, dependable and be able to see the person I am by what's in my heart and not by just the physical and what he sees on the outside. I may not be a "Barbie" or have the "Perfect Figure" for some standards but I do have a great heart. A guy who likes to cook, entertain friends, going to fairs and festivals, cuddling, holding hands, lazy days sometimes just relaxing on the couch watching movies and must love animals. I would be great if he likes to do some traveling. Listen guys, I live in the real world and I do realize that there most likely isn't a man out there that has everything that I've listed above and you know what, that's quite okay... But a girl can always dream I am a down to earth woman and a proud Christian who likes and appreciates the simple things in life. I do want to say my faith is very important to me and I strive everyday to live a Godly life, I'm just not a for lack of a better expression a "Bible Thumper". I really love to listen to Classic 70's Rock and if I like the song I will sing and I will be the first to say I am not a good singer at all I am hoping to find someone to start a sincere honest friendship with that could possibly grow into a serious relationship. Not a one night stand or meeting for casual sex kind of relationship, that's not what I'm looking for. Yes, I am retired, been retired since ***due to an eye condition. I've since had Cornea Transplants in both eyes. My vision has suffered because of it. I no longer drive and I have adapted my life to my circumstances. It is all in Gods plan for me. I am secure knowing I have the Lord in my heart and have faith He will sustain me and guide my path. I am not looking for someone to take care of me physically or financially. I am hoping to find someone to share life with. I'm a woman with a very tender, loving, giving, caring heart. I do not play mind games or play with peoples hearts, that is a very cruel thing to do. When I love someone I love them with my whole heart, in other words I love unconditionally after all we all have our own flaws none of us are perfect. I am a caring, compassionate, sensitive, romantic, loving person. I love to show affection as well as to receive it. God and family mean the world to me. I believe that a persons heart is more important than whats on the outside. I am an animal lover, I love to cook, laugh and have good wholesome fun. I think I have a great sense of humor I just need the right person to bring it out. I love to travel and explore new places. I can be a planner and I also like to be spontaneous. I like a wide range of music including Oldies, 70's, Contemporary Christian, Big Bands and some Classical. This part is Non- Sorry but after God my family is extremely important to me.
