Woman. 39 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 36-46
I've spent a lot of the past year renovating and am now ready to start living again. I have a fabulous job which allows me a lot of time to travel. This past summer I traveled to BC as well as to Iceland. I'm just starting to plan my summer travel, maybe Spain and Portugal. Of course there will also be time for some cottaging and time with family up north. Really looking forward to being out on the boat, doing some fishing and relaxing. I enjoy staying active and try to get to the gym a few times week. I learned how to sail last summer and can't wait to get back on the water. I play beach volleyball down at Ashbridges in the summer and court in the winter. My friends are very important to me as my family is so far away and I don't get to see them as often as I'd like. I'm looking for someone to have fun with and who has a great sense of humour. My mother always told me that a sense of humour is one of the most important things to look for in a partner. My dad has a great sense of humour and has been keeping my mom laughing for over 40 years. I'd like to find someone who has good family values, is respectful, enjoys travel and adventure, and who is looking for a long lasting relationship. I'm a firm believer in "the little things".

Looking for: man. In age: 36-46
In my free time I enjoy going out or staying in, depending on the weather and our mood. Going for drinks/dinner is great but so is staying in and grilling. It would be nice to meet someone to spend time with! BTW - If you don't look like your photos you buy the drinks til you do! I'm not looking for an e-mail buddy or a phone pal. We can e-mail & talk on the phone for weeks/months and *think* there is chemistry but until we've met we can't be sure :-)

Been there. Done that. Now here. :)Have to be honest, never saw myself as the type to try online dating but my best friend recently married someone she met online so I figured, why not? I've reached "that" point in my life - I have great friends, an established career, the cutest dog EVER & though I do not believe any woman needs a man to be complete, I do love love, for however long or short it lasts, I believe it's worth it. So, maybe not quite a hopeless romantic, more like a hopeful romantic. There's no one specific "perfect" first date. I think it all depends on the people, maybe the day, maybe time of year, perfect is open to interpretation....
