I'm strong, responsible, nurturing and intelligent...but also, funny, adventurous, rebelious, spontaneous and fearless. I'm seeking someone who has a little bit of that Peter Pan syndrome (meaning unwilling to grow old gracefully) as well. I don't really like to live by the rules others set as a standard, nor do I compare myself to other people. I'm laid back, but I have a strong work ethic. I'm responsible, but I love to joke around and make others laugh. I want to take care of those around me, but I will call out a whiner when I see one. I'm smart and well educated, but I tend to laugh till I snort at low-brow comedy. I'll try anything once and not much scares me away from doing so...so I'm a country girl with street cred! I've traveled the world. I love to people watch. I've never been jealous. I'm open minded and I'm around people of all types on a daily basis. I work in the fine arts. I LOVE children. I'm a single mom. I do it all and balance the world on my shoulders without complaint. I do well for myself, so I'm not concerned with what a man earns...but I do care about the respect he has for himself and those around him.     Don't really know what to say that makes me stand out and make me look interesting! I'm sincere, honest with a great sense of humour. I like going out for dinner and having a few sociables. I'm not into clubbing, way too old, mind you having said that my arm has been twisted on many the occasion and I have danced the socks of myself but I try and refrain now. I love nights in now cuddled up with a nice bottle of wine in front of fire with the wolly socks on (sorry but I love warmth and comfort) I try and kip fit and I use the term "try" very loosely! I started running this year and love it but don't do it as much as I should. I like any type of music, from dance to classial. I love to travel but don't get to do it as much these days. I like reading and will read anything, it has to interest me though from the first couple of pages or if it doesn't, it gets binned.
