I'd like to believe I am anything but typical. I love sports, both playing and watching. Huge baseball fan! But don't get me wrong...I am definitely a girly-girl. My wall of shoes would attest to that. And assortment of little black dresses. I love to cook and create healthy and delicious (and occasionally decadent) meals for friends and family. I do enjoy nice restaurants along with small Mom-And Pop places as well. Getting back into golf lessons so I can enjoy this beautiful state even more. And see what all the fuss is about. Reading is a huge part of my life, both fiction and non-fiction. A dive bar with a cool band is a great way to spend an evening. Love the water and make sure I get my fix every year, whether in my pool, a lake or a Cali beach. Laser tag, bowling, air hockey, roller coasters, as well as dressing up to see a play are fun and especially enjoyable with the right person. I'm a goofball sometimes and have no problem laughing at myself. I'm a bit of a smart aleck and enjoy harmless bantering.It's great to have someone who can both dish it out and take it. I am a bit of a Type-A personality. I have a great work ethic and believe we make our own path in life. I tend to be politically conservative. Just throwing that out there. I am respectful of others' opinions, whether I agree or not. Unless you like the Yankees. Or the Cowboys. I am attracted to confident, not arrogant men. Huge difference! My attraction will never be based on how much money a man makes. I don't need someone to support me. I also prefer someone who takes care of himself, and takes pride in that. I work out regularly and want a man who does the same. I am a very positive, half-full glass kind of person. Life's too short to be grumpy. I don't know exactly what I am looking for, but I think I'll know it when I see it. I've met some wonderful people over the years, but I want the butterflies, knee-buckling kind of feeling. And yes, I know that can be fleeting, but I think it's worth searching for. No one should ever settle. And please, don't lie about your age. I don't. And I should be able to recognize you by your pics when we meet. Seriously. Did I mention PLEASE look like your pics???Good luck in your search.     Turns out I dont really like most men (for a bunch of different reasons)... I LOVE it!! I have a 4 year old daughter who can make any bad day brighter.I live for all the great things in life(im optimistic like that!); its small moments, great food, amazing friends and life adventures! I'm extremely outgoing and very much a "people person". I'm a huge movie buff (I love stupid comedies *The Other Guys & ETC* and scary movies are my faves!!!) and love nights just laying on the couch with a good movie or curling up with a book. I also love an ocassional night out with budlight & dancing (but i'm past the constant bar/club scene!!). I think traveling is really important, i've been a lot of places - but theres so much more to see! I like amusement parks, concerts, tubing, boating,camping and all the good girly stuff too- shopping, massages, pink, spas... My favorite season would probably be fall- sweatshirts, pumpkin spice, bonfires and FOOTBALL (LSU & Huskers!!!!!) I don't go to the gym and I eat cupcakes.I'm opinionated and uncensenored.. dirty jokes wont offend me and I can only hope my sarcasm and jokes won't offend you:)- but I also like to get dressed up and act like a proper lady lol. Like every other woman, I like to be spoiled. I also love to spoil my man! I'm a romantic and can't wait for the day til I'm swept off my feet by that special guy.Sooo who would that special guy be? I want a man who is a MAN, not a boy who plays games, can't make up his mind or can't express his feelings. Family is important to me, and must be to my partner. Someone who is honest, trusting and knows how to show people respect. I also don't want a lazy man who has no life goals, ambitions or character.I need someone who can always make me laugh!! I prefer a taller man- I've dealt with short man syndrome to much and it's not cool...
