Retired very young ***and I guess I have too much idle time. Not exactly sure what I'm looking for, but I'll know what's right when it comes my way. I'm very active with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and feel strongly about all vets and current service men and women. I retired from the police department, in NY, after blowing out both knees catching bad guys, but I'm far from what one would think of a typical cop. There's a big difference, for the most part, between cops in NY and what I've seen in my 5+ years in FL. I have a bunch of tattoos and a few piercings. I like to take rides on my Harley to clear my mind. I'm not a sports nut, but love mixed martial arts (UFC), and used to train in jiu-jitsu. Also love NASCAR and baseball. Perhaps I'll add more when things come to mind. Or just ask! That really depends on who the first date is with. I'd defer my ideal first date to the wishes of the woman I'm taking out.

I'm very down to earth. I love to talk and feel communication is a huge factor in a relationship. so if you are extremely shy then we may not be a good match, not saying I wouldnt accept the challenge, but I like it when a woman speaks her mind. I've been through a marriage once and I learned alot, I mean really learned alot!! what to do and what not to do. I believe I've made some changes to better myself, at least I like to think so.
