I am a dedicated, healthy person. A loyal friend, loving mom with a great sense of humor. I'm a driven person that enjoys life and family. My ideal day starts with a strong coffee and fitness and ends with time with kids, followed by alone time with a special person having great food and wine. I like gin better than vodka. Red wine better than white. IPA and Guinness share my heart. Raw oysters better than fried. You're likely to catch me in a fleece on weekends rather than heels, as I'm in those all week. If its a special night, I pull out the makeup bag but I'm usually a mascara and lipgloss girl. I'm proud of my career, I've been in healthcare for 17 years and really enjoy it. Away from work, I spend every chance I get on the Cape with family and friends. I prefer salt water to fresh water. BBQs and nights with close friends and family is just as fun as alone quality time.     I don't need anything from you. I'm looking for your company. I've recently taken up watching all the films in the past that have won academy awards as a hobby. I do this in my bed. Presently my favorite destination. And yes I eat my popcorn there.I work in a school as a teaching assistant to children who are multiply disabled. It keeps me grateful. I like a guy that keeps himself in check and doesn't think he's all that no matter how good looking or successful.I have to say I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life. I always thought one's twenties was suppose to be the best times. But I've found that older is better. There is nothing I have to do or accomplish. It's only about what I want to do now. I can honestly say I'm totally at peace with my beliefs, my career, economic and social position, no more schooling left and I'm through the first half of raising my son. Life is good. So when I say I don't need anything from you I mean that. (Ok I do want your hugs and kisses.) And most of all I'm free to do what I want. My sister and I are scheming our get away so I better brush up on my french. Not sure if love is only for the young after being on this website for so long. I want a friend first.
