I am a straight shooter and not interested in games. Honesty is #1 in my books... I can handle just about anything providing I know what I am dealing with. I believe texting is a great & quick form of communication but the creation of the telephone was/is a wonderful thing after establishing a great connection in person. I believe you can't truly get to know someone through digital communication and that the human voice and touch is imperative to establish a real and deeper connection. I enjoy 'old school' dating but believe online dating is a great forum to meet people that I would otherwise never cross paths with. :-) I enjoy chatting on line initially to establish an 'online' connection but prefer to meet briefly in person to see if there is really one face to face. :-.... 2 Reasons not to contact me: 1. You are not comfortable having a long term relationship with a women who has children. I have 2 beautiful children who are very important and will always be part of my life. 2. Just looking for friends on here, really. I don't enjoy dating at all, not interested in finding a boyfriend, I'd rather just find someone to watch movies with and hang out with.I just finished obtaining my legal administrative assistant certificate. Finished with some flying colours and now I have a full time job! Yay! So I spend a lot of time downtown now. I'll move down there eventually but for now, I'm good with paying off my loans and commuting. Otherwise, I'm a bit of a homebody. I watch movies, I play some video games, I read. I used to draw, but not so much anymore, though sometimes I will doodle absently. I have a diploma in animation, so...old habits die hard. I also like to kick box and do yoga whenever I can. Not gonna lie though, I've gotten lazy with the new job and commute. It's not fun, but I'll find a balance eventually, even if it means having to be up at 5am for a 20 minute kick boxing session! Finding the will power to be up at 5am is the challenge though... I love trying new flavours of cupcakes, or trying a cake style I've never made before (last cake I made was sculpted into a baseball for someone's party). At the moment, my family and friends are the only people I feed sweets to and I'm sure they'd love it if I fed someone else as well. Share the wealth and all that. My goal this winter is to perfect macarons. I'm a bandwagon Canuck fan, turned real fan. Still haven't been to a game, though. I'd like to go to one sometime. My big dream is to go travelling. I know, it's cliche, but if I had the money, I'd never stop travelling, and I'd want to see every corner of the planet. I was so excited, I booked a hotel, was so proud of myself, then had to cancel it two hours later because the hotel wanted a $***non-refundable deposit and I can't guarantee the time off yet. Still! Exciting!And to repeat: just looking for friends on here. I don't enjoy dating at all, not interested in finding a boyfriend, I'd rather just find someone to watch movies with and hang out with.
