Looking for: man. In age: 28-38
I like hanging out with friends, love watching movies & tv (Big Bang Theory, Deadliest Warrior, anything geeky on discovery, etc, etc), going out to dinner, working on my house, listening to live music, pretty standard stuff. I also like trying new things, so I usually look for someone that has some different interests from me, it keeps things fun. But having things in common is important too. I'm pretty easy going (I like to think so anyways). I have a full time job and am a homeowner. I'm also a huge Nascar fan, but will watch pretty much any sport live. Looking to go on dates for now, if something more happens from there great, but if not that's ok too.Looking to chat a bit at first with people I think there would be chemistry with, then meet in person. Not interested in only chatting and never meeting. While it's cool to chat a bit at first to get an idea of what the other person is like, I'm not looking for an "online" relationship.Looking for someone who has their head on right, is drama free, a NON-SMOKER and not looking for fwb. Something low key.... coffee, grab a bite to eat.

A little about me....I have a great group of friends (although I'm sure everyone feels this way-otherwise they wouldn't be your friends), but I promise if you met them you would agree! These are some of the things I like to do: First Friday on the Green, Concerts in the Gardens, local tastings, The Kimbell, antiquing (please don't be scared, remember the friends I mentioned earlier-they can go in your place! I love what I do and want to give fair warning, I talk about it a lot. The idea of having a "job," where you just go in, work and leave isn't something I really understand. Everyday I get to see kiddos learning and growing-it's pretty fantastic! And here's the tough part-what I'm looking for. I don't want to answer anything cookie cutter because let's be honest we all want someone nice, that makes us laugh and that we are attracted to. I tend to like men that are passionate about their careers (whatever it is), quirky and a bit on the nerdy side (so in a way someone that compliments my personality). And now a little more about me: I'm quirky, I tend to talk a lot, I'm a morning person (sorry but true), I can cook about four things really well and the rest....lets just say I put a lot of effort in. My faith is my foundation. Being involved in your community makes it better! Saturday mornings are my favorite time of the week-they just feel different. I do agree that wedges are the heels of your thirties. I adore the elderly, we have so much to learn from them. Patio weather and live music makes the world a beautiful place. A cold schooner on a hot day with a friend and a great story is pretty amazing. My dog is hilarious. I'm an active volunteer with some wonderful organizations. I'm addicted to passion tea from Starbucks, and super allergic to diet coke. A picnic in the park can set the world right. These are some of my favorite quotes:Your beliefs don't make you a better person, your behavior does. A book is proof that humans can work magic. If the whole world was blind, how many people would you impress? You can tell how smart people are by what they laugh at. I hope that gives you a little insight into me-if only tone and wit could come through! I'd love to hear from you if you are interested, and if not, good luck on your search.
