Oh, lordy! Where do I begin? This is my first time doing something like this, so bear with me. I am looking for somebody to settle down with because I'm getting too damn old! I am an independant woman who is a homebody on the weekdays, but enjoys a good time on the weekends whether it be going out or hanging out in the backyard with my family and friends. I like to go fishing and camping whenever I can and even bait my own hook! I love the water, but I can't swim. I love to drink, but I hate the hangovers and that's why I love my Sundays with my favorite movies, a V8 and a pickle (best hangover cure, I swear!) I have a large, very close family and have one daughter who is 30 years old and typing this for her right now. (hahaha). I do not like people who do drugs or drink too much. I am seeking somebody who feels the same about family as I do, who I can trust and feel comfortable being myself with. During the week, I love to cook and it would be nice to have someone to share that with! Nothing too elaborate. Something simple with maybe a couple of beers and getting getting to know each other.

I like to think I'm a good listener or at least I try very hard to be. I like to read body language. I also try very hard not to judge because it will only come back to me in form of bad karma or close me off to the possibility of knowing someone deeply. I like to sew and design things (wall hangings, quilts, tools, clothes) and build or repair things. I don't like hanging out in the sun. I love the ocean and camping. I don't cook but am a fan of those who do. I like working out at the gym. I used to be a Civil War reenactor, thinking about maybe getting involved with it again. I like wearing frilly clothes. I've been told by others that I'm weird (don't know what that means) but it's always (I mean always) said with a smile and great fondness. I like watching baseball/football but only with others. I'm pretty comfortable in my own skin. I can stay calm under pressure (at least look like it on the outside).I would like to hear about you.Update: The nose comment on my photo was meant to show off my nose in a very proud way.......I'm so surprised at how many of you guys think I don't like my nose (eye-ka-rumba). But just the same, thank you all for feeling the need to reassure me that my nose is ok......very thoughtful. I like men who are assertive and comfortable in their own skin. It's hard to write what I think is an ideal first date because I like things to be spontaneous....what can be written about that.....takes the surprise out don't you think? I would rather go for something simple to decide if we click....then let loose whatever makes life flow.

I want to thank anyone interested in my profile but I would please like to let you all know that if you do not have a profile picture, please do not contact. I am being honest, and an *** attraction is a must for me just as I would expect it needs to be for you as well.....and no, you cannot send by ***, but thanks anyway. Gents, I am real and say it like it is so please if I can just add on here (speaking for alot of women) first of all, have a pic, even if it is only 1, smile in your pics....a lady can tell alot about a man by his smile and make sure we can see your face clearly....not from 20 feet away, also when creating a profile, use you noggins....we all have them, be a bit creative...there is nothing worse than someone who cannot think about anything to say about themselves and what they are looking for in a person.......gee wouldn't that be a great date for us ladies.....lol.....not.If you don't like someone saying it as it is in her profile, then you certainly would not like meeting her in person.- Walmartians are a fav.....Love the outdoors in warmer temps, but no camping...give me sun, sand and surf for the best reactions, but sun and warmth will do.Love thunder storms and hearing the rain on the roofLove taking pics of old architectureLove puttering in my home and gardensNew adventures, new people, new explorationsHave to be able to laugh easily, dance with passion, and be spontaneousI am moving, somewhere warm for my work and future retirement.....hate snow, hate cold weather, so dating has to be casualLove most music except opera, can't dance to that, but my fav is anything latinComfortable at home watching tv, on the computer or out on a night on the town having fun.Just as comfortable putting on jewelery and a dress as I am with tools in my hands***PRIVACY NOTICE:Warning!
