I am curently training for Ironman. I listen to christian, country and still like old school hip hop, some grunge. Not rock. I have a lot on my plate and look forward to enjoying my fitness this summer. Last fall I did some hike/camping and maybe getting into skiing this winter. Coffee sounds great. A movie would be better. If you know a place that has food thats good for you that would be best. I work third shift and have friday off from work and working out.
