Hey. How's it going?I hope these things I am about to say about me are true. I think they are.I'm funny and goofy in a juvenile kind of way. I like movies and books and any story that moves me. I write a little and have kept a journal since I was about 16. I'm an introvert, which means I think before I speak. Which also means I think of the perfect comeback about an hour after the conversation has ended. I say dumb things when I do speak without thinking. Sometimes, at least. I try to laugh at those things later. I like to hike, although I'm not a pro or anything. A walk is almost as nice. I like quiet times balanced with fun "out" times; adventures, even. I like to go see live bands and try to see 80's bands when they come around, although I could probably be doing a better job of that. I have 2 kids and a good job. I grew up catholic and the closest things I associate myself with these days is Unitarianism or Buddhism, although I practice neither. I'm a romantic at heart. I like heroes and earnestness and people who try to be good and decent even when the world is making it so easy to be a jerk. And I like candy. A coffee or beer as an ice-breaking first meet is ideal, I think. I love dinner and a movie as a first "real" date, even if it is a cliche.

Are you more than just another pretty face? Bonus points if you know who wrote it :) I’m looking for a cool “friendship” and what I mean by that is someone to hang out with, where you can just be yourself, no pressure, and no expectations. Let’s enjoy where things go and let nature take its course. If I found someone that’s beyond the average woman, then I’d be interested in seeing where that could lead. If something happens, then it’s meant to be. Sometimes in life you get a wakeup call and figure out what’s REALLY important to you. I learned that having someone special in my life is vital and that’s why I’m on the site. I’m looking for the *rare* combination of stunning on the outside and beautiful on the inside. Someone who I can laugh with and who can make a fool of herself in front of me…and then laugh about it. As for the type of woman?
