Her mother left when she was three, and my father is getting older and couldn't do it on his own. I was more than happy to move back home and help out. It has been wonderful being such a big part of her life and you need to know, she means the world to me. She is finally getting to an age where I have more time for a social life, which is what has brought me here. I am looking for that special someone that has been missing from my life. The second important thing to know is that I am vision impaired. This does not mean that I am totally blind; in fact I can read most print. I have enough vision to ride a bike, use a computer, play pool, go to the gym, see dead people, hold a job, manage a household and do all the cooking, did I mention, love to cook? The biggest disadvantage about my vision is that I can't quite see well enough to drive. Being open and honest is important to me. This is always fun, write an ad about yourself and make sure it is the best one that says pick me pick me, I feel like I am writing a car commercial. Look at all of my features and take me for a test drive, well anyway, drum roll, here it is. I have been told I have a great sense of humor; I must have since I am doing free online dating as you need to laugh at yourself a little bit. Witty, sarcastic and animated. I love to travel and watch college football. The Navy Midshipmen were running the streets in their uniforms, it looked like something out of a movie. The Irish were great hosts and said the Americans were good craic, which is Irish for fun/entertaining. I was the only American around and was able to meet some interesting people from around the world. It was a big range from a Russian model/nuclear physicist to a suffer from Australia. Great beer not so great food. I have two beautiful boys and love my adventures with them. I love to cook and the boys helped me make dinner for the entire camp site one night. It was a ton of fun from bocce ball on the beach to having a few beers with the other parents around the campfire, oh yea and s’mores, ah yumm! Love good food, da and trying new things. Nothing like a great meal with a nice glass of wine, however still like the BBQ with a cold beer in hand and the game on the TV. I am a driven guy at work and home and do my best to balance out both. My parents who are still married after 40 plus years raised me to be a chivalrous man. I am looking for someone to be active and healthy with, someone to take walks with have a great dinner with and most of all laugh with. I am a guy that knows what he wants in life and does not need to be trained, fixed or what have you. I like who I am and if you are the right person so will you. Oh big things I hate, drama ( you know who you are) addictions ( drugs, alcohol, gambling, shopping and so on) and closed minded people.
