I'm a single dad with custody of a beautiful daughter, almost 16. I am finding that as she grows, she is discovering her own interests and activities that sometimes do not involve me, lol, so I need to get out more on my own as well! Computers and the internet are two of my biggest hobbies, but anything to do with guns is the biggest. But I really like lots of different things if I can share them with someone. I like camping and occasionally fishing, and I love shooting. Despite liking the outdoors, I find myself home alot as well, and enjoy the tv as much as anyone. My favorite poem is "IF" by Rudyard Kipling. I am interested in meeting people who are sincere and not game players or users. I am honest and expect others to be so as well. I'm looking for someone to go out and have fun with, if it stays at that, fine, if it grows into something more, thats good too.Im not pushy, but probably coffee or even lunch...if the weather is cool maybe something outdoors would be good. If you want to know something, just ask. I'm done playing the games some of us still feel the need to rely on. Just be honest and open with me. It will save a lot of heartache in the long run.** I found two mistakes in my profile which need changing. First: I'm a taurus not an aries. Second : I'm 52 not 48 as stated. I found out the hard way that after two weeks it's too late for corrections.****Just a lil observation. Where has courtesy, consideration and honesty gone ? As adults we should be able to practice these attributes with ease. Has the ability to communicate been lost ? **The options are many. A simple meet for a drink or even an ice cream cone. Standard dinner and movie are always available. For those of you that think a movie is a bad idea...i disagree. Discussing the movie over dinner afterwards is a great conversation starter. As far as first dates go, something agreeable by both parties after a few phone conversations should start things off well.
