I like to laugh and make others laugh as well. You may find me bebopping to live music, having a meal with friends, seeing a movie, or simply relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine. (I'm a sucker for red wines!) Living doesn't mean having and owning things, but experiencing things. Take me outdoors, and I'm a happy girl. Adventures should be part of life! I'll never jump out of a plane (unless it may save my life! I belong to an active volunteer group, and work out several times a week. Politics isn't something I dive into often, but I definitely lean to more liberal views. People and personalities fascinate me, and I'm definitely a people person. I am comfortable in my own skin. I try to eat healthy and mostly organic, but I do love some junk food now and then. I grew up with an international background and speak four languages. With such a background, diversity and travel are part of my soul. My motto is...Where to next? My job allows me to take fourteen weeks of vacation a year, and I take full advantage of that time.And you? You like who you are and there's a sense of adventure in your spirit. You're honest, affectionate (I'm not clingy, but I like a little pda, and definitely like cuddling). You can laugh at yourself and the ironies of life. Your heart likes to give as much as you receive. You cherish friends and value family and friends, even if they aren't perfect (mine certainly aren't!...But they're awesome!) Going out on the town is fun, yet you can also indulge in a quiet evening at home. Like me, you love to travel and explore the many things this world has to offer. You take care of yourself, both physically and mentally, yet you can let loose on once in a while. Most importantly, you are a good communicator. You aren't afraid to express your own emotions or concerns.Dating should be fun. If no sparks fly, it wasn't meant to be. Perhaps we'll learn something new or even make a friend.     I am a person who has had to work really hard to get where I need to go in life and it's made me the woman I am today and for that I'm grateful! Here are some of the aspects of me and what I love to do and where I want to go on my journey in life...First of all, if family is not important and number one to you, then you should probably skip my intro because my family is my world....They are the backbone of who I am and they are alway there , no matter how crazy life gets, or what has happened, it's the love of family that is the glue to hold it all together and get through anything..I am a person who has to make a funny especially when life gets stressful, and so on., that I find I HAVE TO LAUGH no matter what !!! I love to listen to music , especially at home and its time to get moving and going especially when its time to open all the windows and clean and when I'm driving , and walking, almost any time I can listen to good music..and my tastes span many genres.......for many reasons! I'm a type of person who also wont tolerate at any time, B.....S....games! Bottom line, don't lie, or waste my time ! Just be upfront from the start, and my respect for you will grow leaps and bounds, even if I never talk to you again, I will know you have some sense of being true to yourself!! That amazing statement of "Being True to Oneself! " or To thine own self be true! They pack a powerful punch when looking in the mirror and realizing "If I'm not true to me, then who will be??? But my most amazing accomplishment, the best thing that ever came into my life, is my handsome and amazing son! He and I have been through a lot together in the last 18 years and he never ever ceases to amaze me and never stops making me proud! Well, here is the sum up of my main ideals and thoughts of my life and of me .....lets see if there is someone out there who is on the same page as I am !!! A first date should be uncomplicated and relaxed.....for myself anyway...a drink and real conversation is a great start! .I don't know what to really say here, being out of the "dating" scene for quite some time , i haven't thought of how a "first date" is going to be.....I believe Things have a way of working themselves out , if you just let them...!
