About me, I've got a steady, long term job that pays well and is fun. I'm a home owner and have a dog that I love. Born and raised on the East Shore of Kootenay Lake has shaped me into a down to earth person that loves nature and community living. I did live in a big city for 10 years, but prefer a more quiet, peaceful setting. I like listening to all kinds of music, but mostly Alternative or Indie. I really enjoy outdoor activities but I also like staying at home chilling out. I have to say that I am mostly attracted to the tall, dark and handsome types. I know, how cliche. However, that doesn't mean I won't date anyone else. I like my man to be smart, connected to family, hard working, honest, positive and fun to be around. I'm not a complainer or whiner and I prefer to be around people that look on the brighter side of life - see the glass as half full. I enjoy intelligent conversation, good food and drinks, music, being spontaneous, and I'm really looking for the person that I can spend time to do those things with.
