Man. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Pisces.
Looking for: woman. In age: 52-62
Hi. I have been separated since Dec ***and divorced since April ***. I am looking for someone who is interested in finding the fun in life. I like music ( I play guitar, and love hearing live music ), I am a movie buff, sports (golf ski), I love to laugh and am very playful.;If there are two ways to take what I just said, and one is really bad and one is not, I meant the good one". I also enjoy cooking (and of course eating). That said, I am one of those who would prefer to work out more rather than eat less.... and I think that applies to most areas of my life; I don't mind putting extra effort into what I do in order to get more out of it. I have accomplished a lot in my career thus far: I am in the helping professions, and have published and taught in addition to my private practice. I have the great good fortune to be involved in work that I love, and so there are many things I still intend to achieve before I kick back and play throughout the week.Right now, I would like to meet women who have some of the same interests I do and would like to make new *** INTENT DISCLAIMER : Being relatively fresh out of a 25 year marriage (Yes, I know how to commit), it seems to me that selecting a dating status that says "long term" is just a little nuts. THAT SAID, here is my real and accurate status: I am looking for a connection with someone special. My belief is that I am not necessarily going to find that special connection with the first person I go out with. When I find a mutual connection, I will want to pursue that and not try to juggle several relationships at once (not the player). As long as that relationship works (even if you ARE the first person I go out with ***well, really that train has left the station), I will stay with it, and not dump it just because I checked a box that says "I want to date but nothing serious". My problem is that there was not a category to select that says "Duh!!! If it works, I'm not going to throw it away just to be single, and if it doesn't work, I'm not going to keep it just to have something long term" If there WAS such a category.... THAT would be the one on my profile. ALSO There was apparently a moment of what I can only call temporary insanity (we hope not pre-senile dementia). When signing up, I must have mistaken the question of age to mean “how old do you think people think you are??” I feel, act, look, and think younger than my actual age, so I impulsively shaved 5 years off my real age…turns out there is no way to re-set that info except to write these words. I truly believe age is just a number… but honesty is an important value. I’d rather have you read it here than tell you on our first encounter. If the number is a deal breaker, (and it hasn’t been yet) then it was always going to be a deal breaker. So there it is… they say confession is good for the soul. They don’t say much about whether it is good for meeting new people. Reckon we will find out.I hope that rant helps!!!Have fun!!! Hiking... no wait, that is just a cheap ploy to appeal to all the hikers out there. Something simple like coffee or a drink... let's just get to know each other and share a laugh.

I’m a fun-loving, playful and intelligent guy. I enjoy the usual things like movies, restaurants and sports. But dig deeper and you’ll find a self-confident man, who after learning to walk upright, has evolved into someone who enjoys a good conversation, reading, and the more simple pleasures. I’m affectionate, generous, silly and kind. I’m the easy-going, down-to-earth type who’s hoping to form a lasting relationship. A public, mutually agreeable and comfortable spot to meet for coffee or drinks. Casual and low-pressure works best at first.
