I'm a very outgoing lady and I can usually have a good time in any situation. I'm a bit of a smartass, so I definitely appreciate people all the more if they can banter back and forth with me :-).For fun, I spend a lot of time with friends, either trying new restaurants, cooking (while sampling wine), seeing new parts of the city or some old familiar haunts... I'm still debating if I'm crazy for doing this or just not aware of how far I can run without someone chasing me :-).When I'm not with friends or running all over, I appreciate my down time where I can relax at home with a book or think of what room to paint next. I love to travel and have traveled all over the U.S. I've only been overseas once, but it was for work. I spent 2 months in India...not exactly on my list of places to see, but it was definitely an experience...from the smells to the Taj Mahal. Like most people on here, I'm looking to meet new people, whether it turns out to be a new friend or something more. Life is certainly more interesting when you get to share it with others. I'm looking for someone who is confident, intelligent, who knows how to let loose every now and then, who can keep me laughing, is thoughtful, has integrity, and has a good relationship with their family. Those are all qualities I have and hope to share with someone. As far as a first date goes, meeting up for drinks or dinner is always a good way to get to know someone.

    I'm an animal nurse aka veterinary technician. I love my job, I'm good at what I do so therefore I'm doing what I love. This generally keeps me very happy. I've realized that people are only as happy as they make up their minds to be, so I choose to be happy and want to surround myself with others that do too. The older I get I realize not to sweat the small stuff, to roll with the punches, to avoid drama, and seek out good friends. Good friends (and of course family) are the lifeline that will get us through even the hardest or most unbearable times. After all friends are the family we choose for our self. My hobbies would include anything outdoors; hiking, biking, swimming, camping, horseback riding, photography, all sports, fishing, the arts, at home entertaining, cookouts, crafts, etc. I'm not really into the club or crazy party scene...kind past that point in my life, just looking for more. I love all kinds of music, I love to dance and just have fun. I love to read, I love movies...I speak fluent movie quotes haha! I recently discovered Crossfit and it has changed my life! I love being sore after a hard workout, it's so fulfilling. I'm aspiring to inspire others in my journey to get fit and love myself; I'm a work in progress and could use all the help I could get. A workout buddy would be awesome :) I'm the oldest of seven, I'm very family oriented and love being able to see & catch up with them when I can. I'm recently divorced but that doesn't mean that I don't believe in love or second chances. Sure I'm a realist but I'm also a romantic at heart. I think it's important to love yourself and to discard anything that isn't good for your health including food, people, things, situations, etc. It's important to me to never loose sight of who I am or who I want to be; even if that means being different, standing out and letting go.I'm very determined. I'm looking for someone that is going to make me a better person, the best version of myself. I want to be challenged and I rise to the occasion.
