Ok, I'm just this middle-aged guy who can't believe the years have got behind him...I truly feel 20 years younger than I am. I would love to just have fun, a few drinks, dinner, and explore the city with someone.People describe me as smart with a very good sense of humor. I read quite a bit...everything from novels to non-fiction (politics, science, linguistics, history, biographies, art). I'm a political junkie with a progressive view of things. I love learning new things and meeting all kinds of people.Just so you don't think I'm all nerd (a programmer who reads a lot? yawn), I'm very active and love exercising and being outdoors. I bike everywhere and try to get in a few long rides each week. I'll play any kind of sport, but I especially like tennis, squash and frisbee. I don't go to gyms, but I try to stay in reasonable shape. That said, I love food (especially anything spicy) and I think I'm a pretty good cook (at least I like my cooking).I enjoy music, art and theater, but I don't do enough of it. Maybe that will change soon when I can share it with someone. i suppose a drink at a wine bar or a beer at a dive bar...I love people watching and conversation. Just walking down by the river and talking sounds nice too.
