I sometimes enjoy the music of some of the "weird" modern composers like Stravinsky and Ligeti. In the area of Rock my favorites are Queen, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and Foo Fighters. New Age? Vangelis. Jazz? Pop? The Carpenters and ABBA. Country? Television theme songs? Batman! Yes, I'm a silly person sometimes.How about television? I've been watching The Walking Dead for excitement, and The Big Bang Theory for laughs. Gold Rush is entertaining. I still watch Survivor loyally. I've been watching Jeopardy for three decades. I enjoy golf and football. Maybe 2 to 4 movies a month, and that's about it for TV viewing.I love board games. No, I'm not talking about mundane geezers like Monopoly and Life and Clue (though I do enjoy Scrabble). I'm talking about the board game renaissance that has been happening over the last 10 to 15 years. I'm talking about imaginative, intriguing, fun and fascinating games. Ever heard of Magic: The Gathering? Forbidden Island? If you have no idea what I'm referring to then check out boardgamegeek.com. Or, let me tell you all about it. I'm looking not just for a life partner, I'm looking for a playing partner as well. The smarter the better, because I enjoy a good challenge!Lately my physical activity has mostly been limited to exercise and gardening, but I'm willing to try almost anything. It seems lie i have worked way to much the last few years, would like to find someone that we enjoy doing the same things together. I enjoy finding something outside if possible, hiking-kayaking-boating-swimming, just starting riding a bike (road biking that is) wanting to get back in good shape, but really enjoy it. Basketball, Football, Baseball, about any sports i would even go to a track meet , but not soccer or ice hockey. I try to keep a open mind, the couple of plays iv gone to were actually good, went to one opera (not sure if i would do that again).Love to travel, cruses-any island-traveled to europe one time and would like to see alot more.
