I want to start the way it's supposed to: romantic and fun. I do not want to be that woman just yet, where we're reading glasses away from being a married couple sitting a person's length away in bed with our own light to turn out. I want to enjoy, not stress. I want ease, not effort to make something better regularly. I am easy-going and I love creating memories, even if it's a funny joke on a road full of traffic. I want to be on a date with someone who can make the best out of a bad situation if he had to. I want someone to WANT to make me smile, and not do it because they think they should.

I spent this summer travelling and had a blast! Now back to the usual school, but its okay because I'm a senior, yay! I am an adventurer with a real love for life. I feel fortunate to be in the position I am now, because I can still take off on a whim and explore somewhere new.. I have a great sense of humor and can make a boring situation into something memorable, every time :) I'm a total dork with an interesting life up to this point. I've done some uncommon things for someone "like me" and I'd do it all over again if I could!I try to spend my life laughing and enjoying the little things. I enjoy the outdoors, fitness, being totally active or being totally lazy. I have a bike that is constantly in the shop.. sore subject.... but I loooove to ride. I paint occasionally and while I could use practice my work isn't that bad. Either way, I'm pretty easy to please and will (almost) never say no to trying something new!I'm pretty open-minded with who I am looking to meet. There are a lot of different kinds of people out there, lots of good people, but what I want in a guy is really someone who [has healthy self esteem and] treats others as they would like to be treated. I am a Middle School Language Arts teacher and I love it! I am a very down to earth person. I am also very sarcastic and blunt (which no offense to southerners, but y'all just don't get northern sarcasm). I am a very family oriented person; I love spending time with my family and friends. This move to the south has been a lil rough on me simply because I'm down here on my own and I do not get to see my family and friends as much as I'd like. I am very energetic, thanks to my nephew. He definitely keeps me active and on my toes when I'm with him. I'm sure once my niece and other nephew get old enough they're going to keep me just as busy.I enjoy going out to bars, going to the beach, and shopping. I also enjoy sitting at home every so often watching movies (especially horror movies). As much as I enjoy getting dressed up and going out and meeting new people, I also enjoy just sitting at home in my sweatpants and relaxing., but Bob Dylan is my all time favorite!) I love NFL football, that's pretty much the only sport I watch.; I have been since a very young age.I'm not sure where I see myself in a few years, but I do know that I will still be teaching... I'm just not sure where at. Hopefully a lil closer to home... I'm not very picky. Anywhere that I would actually be able to talk to the other person and get to kno them. Having fun is also a major plus!
