I'm not interested in childish games, the unemployed, no car, bored, horny, shallow or easy guys. We all have challenges in life. I am seeking someone who is grounded from those experiences, not tormented by them. I want to involve healthy influences in my life. I spent the last 5 years getting in shape and changing my lifestyle and prefer to stay active. Stagnancy IS death! I don't have a mainstream "ideal" body due to past history of being over weight. I am confident in my skin & my curves despite what some might consider Imperfections. Narrow minded fools are not worth my time if they are looking at life in square terms. Preferences are natural, don't waste my time & I promise to not waste yours. I take pride in the lessons I've learned. I will admit I'm more attracted to taller men but I've been with all shapes and sizes. I would like to chat enough to get a sense of whom I might meet. I would like to date someone who can carry on a conversation, intrigue me and give me a sense of curiosity that does not dissipate too quickly. I am old school and would like to go on a date with a man who is going to respect me as a lady and treat me to a nice evening. I can honestly say I have rarely been spoiled by a man. I must say I'm starting to believe those kind of men exist. I have standards but that does not mean I'm a stick in the mud, nor is there a stick up my butt. I've experienced a variety of relationships and I'm not looking to fill a void. I want more than the mundane so I'm open to your suggestions. I prefer to remain some what of a mystery. That is until "you" are able to soften this stone heart of mine lol. This Piscean lady is a good catch ;). Possibly a mellow dive bar where we can chat & play pool? A nice walk through the city or by the river. The art walk, some good wine & dinner would be ideal as well. I am 28 years old and I'm in school right now, going for my bachelors of science in Human Services. I also do child care in my home up to four days a week. I do not use drugs but I do smoke. I am a Christian and it is important to me that my significant other be at least a spiritual man, if not a Christian himself. I enjoy going camping and fishing, and going for walks and picnics... Really just I love to be outside whenever I get the chance. I also like listening to live music- just about anywhere, but I tend to gravitate towards the smaller venues. I like a lot of music, I think I may even have a "favorite song" in EVERY genre. However, I do listen to more rock and rap than anything else. Some of my "favorites" include; My life has given me a pretty good sense of humor, (I think to match God's twisted sense of humor! Haha!) I believe that music and laughter are like food for the soul and they are an important part of my life My ideal first date would be dinner and a show- either comedy or live music. I'm a simple kind of girl with a simple kind of taste, so even an intimate cup of coffee, followed by a nice walk or a drive in the country would be nice.
