I am secure and happy with myself, but hoping to find the guy for me. I am a self sufficient, independent, caring, honest, loyal girl and my family and friends mean the world to me! I try to eat healthy, stay in shape, and just finished my first 5K! i just started my health challenge and excited about it. I am currently working on my MBA with a concentration in healthcare management. I hope to find someone who is a good christian, I can connect with, spend the rest of my life with, and will be my best friend.

A random straw poll of my friends, conducted in the unscientific surroundings of the pub, yielded the follow description more or less: Fun, total nerd, ambitious, determined/stubborn (some of my friends are obviously more diplomatic than others), relaxed, always on the go, funny, direct, spontaneous, coffee addict, feminist (but not the scary type), generous, music loving, dreadful with remembering dates, cute, okay cook. But what the hell do they know - bunch of drunken crazies!! I lead a fairly active lifestyle, enjoy running especially but don't mind trying most sports - sadly enthusiasm does not equal talent. I am not very materialistic but I do value ambition and 'get up and go' in people. Like most other people on the planet, I enjoy hanging out with friends, watching my favourite sports team in action, seeing new places, hearing new music, learning new things, oh and making a fool of myself on the dance floor, generally just having fun. Not to fear I do have a serious side as well which is helpful in balancing a fledgling career I really enjoy, some voluntary work I do and spending time with friends and family..I am looking for a guy with a similar outlook on life, who's fun to hang out with, can be spontaneous, doesn't play mind games, treats me like an equal and if romance blossoms - excellent! If it doesn't, c'est la vie, some things are not meant to be! Think they should have an option for something between 'looking for a relationship' and 'date but nothing serious'. Also think that trying to describe your personality in one word is impossible - settled on coffee snob, because I do like my coffee but there is obviously a lot more to me than that!!Some of the things I like: Running in the rain on the beach; bookstores; sci-fi movies; dogs; maps; dancing around my room with my headphones on; the national history and archaeology museum; the sea; butterflies; sitting in my local cafe drinking good coffee and watching the world go by; learning french; phantom fm; that first pint after work to welcome the weekend; cooking with friends; fresh, crisp bed sheets; writing; roadtrips; hotdogs with mustard; flying, learning new things; swimming underwater and lots more.If you've read this far, you might as well send me a message and say hello.

******PLEASE KNOW I MEAN THIS (don't message me thinking you will change it) ******* I am looking for a white guy. No I'm not racist, only attracted to white guys. If you are only after a piece of ass, move on cause it won't happen. I think it's pathetic & lame to have to go online to find a booty call, they are openly out there in every bar.*******************************************************Going to try this a different way.I love to laugh & have fun. I am a sarcastic person. I sometimes say something keeping a very straight face just to see how you may react. I know how to control my mouth when I need too, but at other times I'm going to be me. I believe in making compromises in relationships, but if it means changing the person you are & it's not a change that benefits the relationship it's not worth the change. I've changed things in the past & why, I'm here on a dating website so obviously it didn't make the difference.I've been burned in the past, but everybody has at some point in time. If you haven't, it's coming, it's life. You learn, you move on. The things I have learned is that I am better with someone that values their family. Family is important to me. I don't like liars. I also don't like people that don't work, male or female. You will never have anything if you don't work. I am so tired of the selfies in the gym, believe me those pics aren't going to help you land a female. If a female is after a guy that works out, she will be looking for the muscles he has. Please be able to actually put together a sentence & spell. (Nuthin wurse then statemint like this.) And damn if you're inside, take off the sunglasses. It doesn't score you get laid or get the girl points, it scores lame points. Really depends on the person I'm going out with. I don't care for the whole dinner & a movie thing, too typical.
