This is the part where I tell you something about me and what I'm looking for, so here goes, this might get long. I drive a little car which was a present to myself when my youngest finally flew the coop. I call it my Barbie car and I love driving with the top down and the music blaring, it helps me clear my head. I enjoy getting out and seeing new things and trying new things. I'm game for most anything, exception: jumping out of perfectly good aircraft, just not going to happen. I especially love to travel. I spent 6 years living in Europe and hope to return some day. I'm not looking to settle this time. I know what I am looking for and what I want in a relationship. I also know I don't want to move to fast. Relationships have to be built and worked on, it's like owning a house, there are always repairs that need to be made and you have to work on them to keep your house in working order. Same goes for relationships, they are work and the benefits of the work can be great.I'm looking for a man that I am physically attracted to. In order to have a good relationship you have to be physically attracted to each other. Next, he must be confident but not arrogant. There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance but once you cross it, all bets are off. I would like to meet someone who has goals in life and moves forward to meet those goals. He must be outgoing and love to live life. I don't want to spend all my time watching the television and sitting around the house. That's fine some of the time, but there is so much more to life than that. He also needs to be able to make time for me. Having a job is good and important but if your job takes up all of your time then you are living. Honesty is very very very important to me. I don't keep secrets unless they are for surprises and I'd expect the same courtesy from the man in my life. Anything is possible..... Rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength. I find there seems to be a lot of rudeness on here as well as disrespectful people.I won't waste your time so please don't waste mine. I know what I want and want to get to know you better. Translation......I want to get to know someone the old fashioned way, by dating, talking on the phone, just getting to know the real person, not the text or the *** be said about that physical attraction is common, but a mental connection is rare.I like older rock and rock music in general - I also have a 13 year old daughter and we seem to almost have the same taste in music, lol. I like art and like to paint using acrylics and like to work with wood. Summertime I can be found in and around the garden and pool. I love to entertain and enjoy having friends over for a BBQ dinner and an evening fire (if the mosquito's aren't to bad). Life is too short to sweat the small stuff and I prefer to try and remain positive when there is something I have no control over.
