Hi there, thanks for having a look.So I guess I'm a bit of a hybrid. On any given day you can find me getting exercise in some fashion or other, I'm a bit of a junky and work hard to stay healthy. I play the drums (was recently in a punk rock band but punk really isn't my thing). I love most forms of music but just can't do country for some reason. Favorite styles are progressive rock, classic rock, house, and any hip-hop made before ***. But you can occasionally catch me listening to anything from 80's music to reggae to Bach symphony no.5. I'd rather play sports than watch them on TV, although I do have a small thing for basketball. On the flip side I'm pretty much a geek as well. I love computers and can probably fix yours if you've managed to screw it up. I'm an avid book reader to the point of being a near bibliophile. I ditched cable years ago and have found a much deeper respect for words on paper. I love Sci-Fi and fantasy books, but am no stranger to all other forms of literature. I'm a huge fan of Computer animation and even worked in the industry for a while converting movies to 3D. Mom taught me to cook when I was a kid and I *** getting my hands dirty in the kitchen. So, yeah... I can cook you dinner anytime. I'm a huge goof ball and you can at most times expect me to be doing something to make you laugh, I only take life seriously when necessary. I grew up in a family with mostly girls so I know when to just shut up and leave the room. Although I'm a bit of a geek I'm still a normal guy. I can reach things up high for you. I can use most tools in the garage deftly. I've changed plenty of tires in my life. If the hot water runs out I can heat cold water with my mind. I'm not afraid to go check out what that strange noise you heard downstairs in the middle of the night was. I can crack an egg in each hand... at the same time. I can tell what time it is by looking at the sun. I can even tell which sock goes on the left and right foot just by looking at it. OK all goofiness aside. I'm a fairly independent person. I stay busy and work hard and don't even know what the word boredom means. I'm very career driven and ambitious about the future. I'm not a boy looking to play around, I'm a man with a very goal oriented mind. So with that being said, I would hope to find someone similar. I'm really into a great sense of humor. Someone that's independent and has her own life outside of mine, and cares about exercise and her health. Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE fan of beer and wings, but taken in moderation.I'm not into drama, negativity, insecurity, self-absorption, LDS, and not looking for anyone with children (sorry, done it before.
