Me:FunOutgoingGreat sense of humorEnjoy cooking and attempting gourmet dishes (even better when cooking with a partner). Always up for trying new places to eat***anything nonchain is cool, even little mom and pop places. Sometimes they are the best!Love being outdoors doing just about anything-especially if its on the water. Gotta love the beach! Really want to buy a kayak--Like trying new thingsMajor music lover***everything from OMD, Bob Dylan, Creed to Shinedown and Seether. LOVE going to concerts.........check them out for sure if you are into up and coming bands. Neil Peart from Rush is the best drummer of all time!Must like dogs....I have a couple-- they are old and have been with me a long time.I am a wine maker.......don't hate me....lol***extra points awarded if you know my favorite player of all time Vladimir Konstantinov! No kids of my own-- don't mind if you do though (kids are great)Love having friends over for cookouts etc..... and enjoy being socialI feel very blessed to have the life that I do and to be surrounded by a circle of caring friendsUsed to love playing the "two options" game with my friends for hours on boring summer afternoons....you know, "Pepsi or Coke" or "Stones or Beatles" you can learn a lot about another person by playing this game :) I have always gotten stuck when asked "Music or Lyrics"***but if pressed I would always have to say lyrics first. Anyway, here is one of my favorite lyrics***do you know this one (no fair Googling it)???"Oh It's cold and lonely here in this telephone boothThere's three sides to every story, babyThere's yours and there's mine and the cold, hard truth I think there's somethin' missin' 'round here I don't know where it's goneBut it's a long way back home"I have a variety of pics on here***most of them dated to give some perspective. The most recent from May.Update: You know, I have always wondered about people who post "updates" to their profiles. lol Sometimes what they have to say can be downright negative. I have not wanted to do this because that is just not who I am at my core. But after having been on this site for a little bit, I am amazed at all the guys that feel the need to lie. Don't say you are looking for a relationship when all you are looking for is a hook up. Don't say you are single or separated when you are out and out married. It really makes you wonder whether or not there are honest people out there. And, I realize that this is not just a male phenomenon***I hear from enough guys that women on here lie too, so I am not man bashing for sure. But, if you decide to contact me, please just be honest and I will be too!Oh.....and guys....."just say no" to the bathroom shots......OK? LOL Pretty open here......glass of wine and good conversation? It is about the company more than the activitiy!

Hi. I'm a quiet introspective person who enjoys reading, movies, plays and trips to the city. However, I do enjoy hanging out with friends and family, and am not a wallflower. I enjoy flea markets, festivals (especially balloon festivals) and craft shows. I like cooking and baking, especially for the holidays. I live close to the boardwalk, and love both the quiet of early morning walks and the noisy amusement aspect at night (the lights, the smells, the sounds of kids screaming on rides!). I'm all across the map when it comes to both books and music. I love any and all kinds and can't see how people can only listen to one type of music. I'm currently converting all my cds onto my ipod (quite the undertaking). I love reading, writing and talking books (any clue that I was an English major in college?) I even started volunteering as a home bound delivery person through my library, delivering books to house bound individuals. My goals...live a good life, with integrity, honesty, and hopefully with a love like my parents have (over 50 years together). First date would depend on season...Winter - someplace warm and cozy, preferably with a nice roaring fire. Spring - I'll take a benadryl, but after a long, cold winter and I'm ready to go anywhere outside...can be as simple as a trip to a park or the zoo, or a picnic lunch and canoeing. Summer...a stroll on the boardwalk with a couple drinks somewhere looking out at the water. Maybe be impressed by your fine skeeball skills! Then a walk down on the beach. It might start getting chilly and you'll share your sweatshirt. Fall...endless possibilities - Don't get me wrong. I love the romance of fine dining and candlelight, but why not save that till we really know each other. Start small and get to know each other.
