hi there, I'm Brandie. I currently work for the DoD working on airplanes for the USAF. I love my job, but love my freetime as well. I have three wonderful kiddos. They live with me but do spend time with their dad, which leaves me with lots of time to pursue my hobbies. I love being outside camping, hiking, horseback riding, canoeing stuff like that. I also love to play sports. My favorites are softball and basketball. I'm not afraid to jump in and play with the fellas..lol. I've been skydiving and would love to go again. I've been indoor rockclimbing and now I'm dying to try the real thing. I workout often and an looking for someone that also takes care of themselves. Dont get me wrong I love playing outside and don't mind getting dirty but also love getting orettied up for a nice dinner and quiet walk around the city. When I'm not rocking my sweats or jeans you'll usually find me in a cute lil dress. I'm fun loving, loyal, honest, affectionate, independent, and love to treat a man the way they should be treated. Of course I expect the same in return. Even though I am a pretty active person I like spending time cuddled up with someone special, maybe watching a movie or just hanging out. I listen to all kinds of music, but country is probably my favorite. Guess it just depends on my mood. I am looking for someone that wants to have fun, take things slow and see what happens. Well, a little about me. I am laid back, like to have fun. I don't take myself to seriously. Life is too short to be uptight all of the time! I like to laugh, be silly and could only be with someone that had a great sense of humor. Someone that can dish it out as well as take it. I work in the financial industry. It keeps me busy but I love my job. So fortunate because there are a lot of people out there that can't say that. I love animals so much that I don't eat them. I'v been a vegetarian for alomost 20 years now. It's ok if you eat meat though, I am not one of those that pushes my beliefs on others. I have a dog, 2 cats and 3 birds - a mini zoo but always entertaining. I love sports. OSU football is my favorite. There is nothing better on a beautiful fall day than tailgating and going to a game at the Shoe. I enjoy basketball and hockey too. I play softball myself. I'm not saying I'm great at it but i give it a good try. I like being outside and gardening. I like to go out dancing with my girlfriends or just find a little dive bar with a great band playing to hang out in. I am looking for someone with similar interests. Some tidbits about me: 1. I will be celebrating my 40th birthday in April. Actually, we are going about two weeks before it actually happens. 2. I work too many hours and need to remember my work does not need to rule my life. 3. I have the best dog possible for me... he lets me sleep in! I usually have to wake him up in the morning... who's dog does that??? Not that I sleep my days away, but once in a while it is nice. 4a - . I enjoy camping, even if my last experience was horrific. Honestly, I can only look back and laugh at how miserable the three hour camping trip was. It won't stop me from trying again however! 4b - When I camp I enjoy fishing... real worms only please! 4c - Eventually I would like to be the proud owner of a vintage camper. ***I enjoy collections and having collections. I have over ***nativities, hundreds of cookie cutters, ***cookie jars, Pez (however I have sold off most of those now), and cookbooks... I love finding a great cookbook at the thrift store. ***Enjoy local fairs, winery tours, day trips to new places and looking for fun activities to try and say "I've done it". ***In my free time I enjoy being with friends/family, relaxing and reading, working on a craft, figuring out which room of my house I am going to repaint, and entertaining. I'm not perfect and not looking for perfect. I know that there are areas that I need to focus and work on. I am happy with myself and at peace about where I am in life. I have realized that it is important to me that the person I am with is a Christian. I got lazy in my faith and looking back it has made me realize I don't want to do that again. So yes I'm happy with being alone, but would like to have marriage, but I'm not going to settle for the sake of being a Mrs. I think I do have a great sense of humor, I know how to tell a good story, get interrupted and manage to still finish my story. I can laugh at myself and my crazy adventures that may not go as planned. I've been known to laugh until I cry!Anyway, there's a lot more to me then these few paragraphs... so if interested in learning more send me a message. So to be sure I have a success on meetville (according to their suggestions) my favorite music can go all over the charts. Top 40, Country, Christian Music (K-Love), metal, jazz/blues and back to the best of the 80's & 90's. It all depends on the mood and day. I can honestly say I'm not a Beatles fan... I don't know why, I'm just not. For the sake of success I thought I had to be honest about that.
