Hey there!I am a confident, funny, arty girl who loves to put herself out there and try new things, even if it’s hard sometimes…so I thought why not try meetville. Right? I work in fashion which is exciting and challenging every single day, but it is not the best place to meet a potential date….a shopping buddy or someone to talk about “Orange is the New Black” ... YES.... but not date.I lead a pretty hectic life, but I always seem to find time for a new adventure. It is challenging, but when you finally master a new step it’s the challenge that makes the success that much better. I love to dance and have been Swing dancing for about a year also. I only know half the steps, but that’s enough to make a few turns on the dance floor. Plus the guys are supposed to lead so why should I worry.I love being outside and I try and stay active every day. I am an avid cyclist and ride to work every day, partially because I love it and partially because it cuts down on gym time. I go to bootcamp every week, which is amazing, and I practice yoga to relax. Art, pop culture, history and film are also big loves of mine. Hot Doc’s is one of my favorite film festivals because it has the perfect blend of all these things. Plus you never know what you’re going to see that might change your whole day. I love wandering around a museum and TO has so many great museums. If I am really into an exhibit I can spend hours absorbing a show, but at the same time if it doesn’t grab me I can be in and out in 20 minutes. I share my place with my best friend Baelin, a Shih Tzu/ Bichon Frise cross that I adopted 7 years ago. He is just a little guy, but boy does he have spunk. He is mistaken for a puppy all the time and his personality puts a smile on my face every day.I'm looking to meet someone that has an adventurous spirit and isn't afraid to try new things and possibly look silly. A guy who enjoys some of the same things that I do, but also has their own life and interests that they can introduce me too. Someone who is smart, funny, patient and caring, that has passion for what they do in life and has goals for the future.So that is a pretty good overview of me and my life. I never know how to put myself in one little box. I am an open book and have an honesty is the best policy, policy. I am confident, hard working and goal oriented. They really need to let you put more than one option on the relationship intent. Yes, ultimately i am looking for a relationship but not looking to jump right into anything. What ever happens happens right? Will I stay here after that, Who knows? I guess it will depend on what is going on in my life at the time. I am a single mother of a wonderful son who is 13.. HE is my top priority, If that is a problem and you can't handle the fact that I am maybe overly cautious where he is concerned, Then things just are not gonna work for us. That doesn't SEEM to me to be a strange request? Does it? When i do meet someone who I want to spend time with, i can make time for them as well. I am an easy going girl and enjoy to watch movies at home or out at the theater! I enjoy to go out have a few beers at times, and play some pool listen to music and do some dancing and hang out with my friends, but not a huge club hopper! BBQ and a bonfire is usually a much better choice than the bars. I also enjoy some quiet time at home too! I am also looking to get into some new activities/hobbies (any suggestions?) I love to watch Bama play some football so I am usually somewhere doing that on Saturday's during ***! I am slightly OCD, and at times ADD.. Lol Although it doesn't always look like it. On either accounts.. Time and energy and the kid's activities keep me from keeping the house and yard the way I would like to, but I try! Sundays are usually spent at church and trying to relax before work. something relaxing.. coffee/ talking and just getting to know eachother..
