Ok, me, where to begin. I'm a civil engineer with an emphasis on geotech engineer, or in layman, I like to play in the dirt. Unfortunately this means I spend a lot of time out of town on projects. Over the last couple years, I've spent nearly a year living out of hotels, fun times everyday, please note this last bit was sarcasm.As far as hobbies go, I enjoy martial arts and I've got a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Again due to my job, I've had to stop taking classes but once I get a more stable work schedule set up I intend to go back to them. Languages are also an interest of mine. I intend to learn at least one other language. Part of this interest goes back to when I was younger and had a speech impediment and had trouble speaking english.Small animals are one of my weaknesses. At one point I had three cats when I initially only wanted one but couldn't say no when people offered me another kitten. I've also got a black pug who I miss since he's living at my parent's house until I get home from the project I'm on.Finally, while I do list myself as a smoker, I smoke cigars, so I'm not chain smoking three or four packs a day, but occasionally I do like to have a cigar.Well I think thats about all for now.Oh one last thing, something that just bugs the HELL out of me. I find it disrespectful if I message someone and they *** without giving my profile a glance. Its not that hard to simply send a reply saying not interested.

You should meet me because I'm funny. And people who say they are funny usually are, RIGHT? Because,why else would they say that? I'm very easy going, I dont have kids, I'm a college graduate and a homeowner. But don't piss me off, I am a postal worker! I'm a better listener than I am a talker but occassionally you won't be able to get me to shut up. I love t-shirts and hot sauce. When I eat, my nose starts running from the left nostril, whats up with that? Two of my biggest fears in life are riding in an elevator with a stranger, and tucking in my shirt. Sad I know. I'm also TERRIBLE at trying to wrap christmas presents, even with youtube helping me.I realize this is the internet, and it is filled with all kinds of wonderful and horrifying people who are on here for different reasons. My reason is not "omg I have such bad luck I just can't find anyone nice," or "bars/clubs are sooo lame." My reason is to talk to people I would have never talked to otherwise. I work 2nd shift including weekends and I have limited time to go out, so if I can get to know a little bit about someone just by a couple messages, then its certainly worth doing, even if it doesn't lead to anything. You never know! Oh... I am typically attracted to girls who are younger than me, and thin/athletic. Sorry!Also....beard or no beard??update: the beard is a no go, ha ha It says first date is "optional" so can we skip it and go to the 2nd one?
