Hitting "reset" on everything; personally, professionally and cognitively. Figuring out how to date in the 21st century. Discovering music—new and old—a lifelong journey.
Love making my loved ones laugh. I'm naturally affectionate and demonstrative with all of my close friends and family; never waiting for an opportunity to share how much they mean to me.
I'm also ridiculously curious, which makes me very thankful that after 3.5 billion years and countless species, we somehow arrived just in time to know the age of the universe via a hand-held device. The first thing people usually notice about me is that I am a male Homo Sapien. Some other clever animals also seem to pick up on this.
Music junkie. I don't binge watch TV; I binge listen to discographies.
Beatles, Ellington, Wonder, Thelonious Monk, Dylan, Ben Folds, Joe Jackson, Miles Davis, XTC, Prince, Bluegrass, Electronica, Punk, Hip-Hip, Folk, Acid Jazz, Reggae, Soul, World Music, Trip Hop.

Movies: E.T., Close Encounters of the Third Kind (and almost anything Speilberg), Pulp Fiction (and almost anything written and directed by Tarrantino), Planet of the Apes (favorite franchise, minus Burton's dreck), Annie Hall, South Park: Big, Longer and Uncut, The Big Chill, The Dark Knight, Watchmen (all movies should have at least one superhero cameo, regardless of the subject matter), Hitchcock, and of course, Pixar.
TV: Seinfeld, Louis, All in the Family, Taxi, Larry Sanders Show, Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, Batman: TAS, Family Guy, Transparent.
YouTube: TED talks, The Young Turks (everyday), Pomplamoose
