Hey there,I thought I would give this a try since I am transplant from the East Coast. Moved here a couple years ago, and it is by the far the best decision I ever made in my life. I would consider myself a down to earth guy looking to meet someone and see where it could lead. Not here to play any childish games what so ever. A couple friends of mine met their current girlfriend/boyfriend here so it seems this site can work for people that put forth an honest effort. I have been told I am a good listener, very easy going, no drama, and always up for something new. I love going out, but as this stage of my life I would rather go to a nice restaurant/bar downtown or even a chill dive bar than clubs. ; I just went to Big Bear a couple months ago and I could for sure see more trips in the future.Not that I am some kind of tool bag gym rat, but I do think a good balance of a healthy diet and routine excising is essential to living a good life. I played baseball and ran track in both high school and in college so for me it would be great to have a girl who also values an active lifestyle. Going to the gym and evening attending a spin class together would be great!I have a playful nature about me, and I am very attracted to a girl who can have fun in any or most situations. While of course you need to have an attraction to the other person from the get go, but honestly a girl who put a value on her education is something I always admire. Looks are great, however looks can be undermined when a person opens their mouth. SoCal has so much to offer it is easy to plan fun and exciting activities.

I truly am a geek, but in a completely fun way. Sarcastic, pessimistic, cynic who is a hopeless romantic whose heart has been broken by every girl I've ever dated because it seems they are all liars who like to sleep around (I hear there are some who are not, though. I love movies, especially action and comedic, music, anything BUT country, video games (especially anything comic book based--bring on LEGO Batman 3!), and especially comic books. Action and comedy especially, and horror if I have someone to cuddle with. I love food. I love Power Rangers and anime and manga and Super Sentai and Kamen Rider and almost anything Japanese except for used panties in vending machines. REALLY, Japan? I get really super excited sometimes about projects I'm working on and never shut up. I'm a horrible dancer and singer, but I sing and dance anyway. I recently started loving comic conventions and cosplay and work on my own cosplay costumes. Looking for a girl who'd cosplay with me, and maybe play a video game every now and then. Yes, that's important. Working a crappy job because of its AMAZING insurance. Dreaming. And never stopping believing. And looking for the one who wants to do it all with me. "I'm the best there is at what I do." Uh--don't ask me what it is I do. Amazing writer, okay artist and customizer and costume maker. And I'm supposedly really good in bed. I wouldn't know. And you won't either till the time is right. :p I like to do something for the first date that leaves a lot of room for talking, but still an activity that will allow no awkward silence, like going to the theme park I used to work at or putt putt golf.
