Coffee with my vanilla nut coffee mate keeps me sane! Family and friends are important. I am slowing down to enjoy the small stuff. I like music, all kinds of music. I don't watch a lot of TV but I do have some shows. Biggest Loser (they feel like my friends), Walking Dead (sounds goofy but keeps my interest), Big Brother (brainless and funny).
