A little bit about me... I love going back home to visit and it is truly beautiful and relaxing there, but I enjoy where I live now and don't see myself going back to the mountains to live. My biggest passion in life is music, especially singing. I enjoy singing karaoke, seeing live bands, going to concerts, etc. My favorite types of music are rock, pop, and country currently. But I listen most music. My family and friends are the most important things in the world to me. I'm intensely loyal and dependable, and I value these traits in others. I'm often described as bubbly and outgoing, and I almost always have a smile on my face. But I'm also very honest and direct. And I definitely have my sarcastic moments too. My idea of a fun night is hanging out on the patio, listening to some music, grilling out, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the firepit, playing a game, etc. I will go to bars on occasion but that's not really my scene. I work for an insurance company and have enjoyed building a career and a life for myself. And now I would like to find someone to share it all with... This doesn't mean I'm looking to rush into a relationship, but I also don't want to just have fun anymore either. I'm laid back and easy going. I'm not out to find someone I can change I'm looking for someone who is proud of who he is. I don't believe in getting into a relationship to making a guy who I want him to be he should be him self and I'll support him. I don't judge people, everyone has their own things that make them unique and I love that about people. I accept people for who they are because who else would they be and who am I to judge. I love to read and write. I love puzzles and certain games. I'm a nerd, a bit clumsy (okay, a lot clumsy), and I prefer honesty in all things. I love the military and served eight years, and I would love to get back in if I lose the weight and get back in shape. I want a career in the military or criminal justice; I'm almost finished with my Bachelors in criminal justice administration. I love country music, including some bluegrass; I don't tend to listen to anything else except patriotic music. I prefer the newer artists, but I do love some of the classics as well. I have two kids and three cats, and they're all non-negotiable. We're a package deal. :) I have to have a man who likes to be touched and wants to touch.The ugly...I can get clingy. I do occasionally have a temper. I'm not a total slob, but I'm not the best housekeeper either. I try to be consistent when parenting but don't always succeed. I'm probably between 40 and 60 pounds overweight.The good...I try to be honest as much as possible. I love to please my partner. I love to cook. I'm usually easy-going, and I tend to be up for anything. I like to see new things and learn, but I'm also okay with staying home.; I shower every day, or at most go one day without showering. I'm a tomboy; I have a very vague idea of how to wear make-up. I have a quirky sense of humor and can be quite ditsy. I believe that if one really tries, one can work anything out. I'm not the most polished or accomplished person, but at least you know what you're gonna get, at least most of the time. Sometimes I don't even know what you're gonna get. I'm an emotional girl, sometimes I laugh and sometimes I cry, and sometimes I do both and don't know why (another song quote, try and get it if possible).P.S. I'm open for dinner, a movie, going to a museum, a short hike, just about anything.
