I would say that im a very motivated, easy going and fun person to be around. I like to keep active when i can but certainly enjoy evenings relaxing with a movie. I can go into DC for the day just as easily as i can go outside and enjoy the great outdoors. I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, kayaking, scuba diving, going to the smithsonians, tinkering with about anything i can get my hands on (im a rather curious guy). Fitness is definitely important to me...I go to the gym 3 days a week (run, lift and swim) then on my in between days I do the insanity workouts. I would like to find someone that enjoys that level of activity as well. I have to say that one of my best traits is that I am honest and can always be trusted. I have a great group of friends that I can rely on and we get together regularly. I dont mind going out to a bar once in a blue moon but must say that i dont frequent them very often. The best way to get to know me is to spend some time with me...dont worry, im not shy. Anywhere that i can get to know my date...movies are not a good place for that. Dinner (somewhat cliche' but its a great time to just break the ice) and then go for a walk in a park or something to keep things rolling...im always open to new ideas.

I like sports, going out, having some drinks, dressing nice, trying different things, restaurants, good food.I dislike people that put ketchup all over their food *** dipping it lol..I have some pet peeves. I'm very family oriented. Family is everything to me. I like all types of music, except head banger and punk rock.I'm not a push-over. I do have a habit of spoiling my significant other.
