I'm abit of mutt when it comes to interests. I enjoy a lot of the outdoors. The kayak I got at Christmas has already been used a few times year already, hoping for more opportunities. Then there are the state parks around here to go hiking/running in. Given that I'm new to the area, do you have suggestions to check out first? I'll take hiking trails or places to run. There is the inner geek too. I've enjoyed the surge of Comic Book movies. Or following Dr. Who/ Torchwood. And why yes, I do use a proxy for BBC. Do you? The Star Trek reboot has been good, but SW is a different animal. So what am I looking for? A chimera like myself. Most my friends and co-workers are married with kids. If something develops from there, great! But I'm not in a rush at this point. Beyond that, there is no reason not to expand the number of people I know. First Dates I think depend on the common interests. Right now I'd enjoy meeting someone that can run *** about 9 min/mile pace, but that's b/c I'm training for the ING Half. Otherwise, I'd enjoy good Bluegrass/Americana/Rockabilly concert after a small meal. Or a hike/kayak session. I've got a diverse set of interests so it could be anything.

Not gonna write a book the first time and not get an answer from youNo one ever reads this and if they do, it seems that a lot of women only care about this part: I work, I have my own place, a car, a truck, and 2 Harley-Davidsons. I'm not real ugly. I think this part is important as well, (but seeing some of the men women take up with, they must not.) However I have a serious side and know when to use each. I enjoy traveling and riding my Harley, but I also like to spend time at home doing things around the house. If I say I'm going to do something then I do. They don't make 'em like me anymore. lol I have manners and use them. I'm really not your average guy. I don't get into sports and I don't like beer. I'm caring and also enjoy the little things. I love to stop the bike on a look-out in the Smokies or stand at the ocean and just soak it in.I'd like to find someone who is not only beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside. It would be nice to have an actual conversation with someone. Talking in person and one the phone is important, not just on the computer or texting. We are not teenagers. I have dark hair, but it's starting to get grey, and I have green eyes. I've had the most compliments on my eyes.I love riding my bike to the Smokies and go there a lot.
