Not in bad shape for my age, but no super model.Just trying to stay healthy for longer life and for my job.Try to eat healthy when I can. I don't shop at the Health food store..Just sensible eating through out the day.Don't get me wrong I love pizza, and junk food like everyone else just in moderation.Also,I love to cook! Trying new recipes is fun and interesting. Staying in and cooking dinner together would be nice.
