Hi there:) I am 27 yrs old, i like to stay in shape and live a healthy life. I go to the gym regularly to exercise, but at the same time i am not one of those guys that are in love with themselves too much, and come across as very *** me it is a lifestyle thing and it helps me with my confidence. It has also taught me how to be disciplined and determined, which i have been able to transfer to other aspects of my life, and it has made me a better person overall i believe.
