I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.I'm a family oriented girl. Grew up in the country, in the middle of cornfields, on a farm with lots of animals. I'm the oldest child of 6 kids. I try to visit my family at least one weekend a month. I visit my grandma, who has Alzheimer's, in the nursing home once or twice a month. I have known most of my girlfriends since junior high-they're like my family. Kindness I think comes from learning hard lessons well. From falling and picking yourself up. It comes from surviving failure and loss. It implies an understanding of the human condition. Forgives it's many flaws and quirks. When I see that in someone, it fills me with admiration.

I'm not your average female...I don't do drama, play games or anything like that. I am extremely direct & expect the same in return. I love going to sporting events and concerts, especially country, but also enjoy a quiet afternoon on my deck with a good book & my dog.
