Hello again, I've tried revising this thing a couple of times......I understand I need something catchy and something cute. All I can say is I happen to be both!! I'm interested in living a life of love, hopes, and dreams. I tend to be somewhat shy in the beginning at least until I know you're someone worth opening up to. I'm just me and even though I may want to impress you I have to stay true to myself. I love the outdoors and all its beauty. I live close to the beach but was raised near creeks and fishing in ponds. I enjoy all types and I think it makes you come alive...in other words it is truly a window to the soul!! I'm old-fashioned when it comes to relationships and would rather take it slow and get to know the person I may want to spend the rest of my life with. Too many times we rush into things and theres absolutely no need rushing something good. Our pay back is way more rewarding when time and effort have been put into it. Honesty, loyalty, and commitment are still the main ingredients and settling for less is a waste of everyones time. Life is too good to be spent wasted!! I'm patiently waiting.....for a love to come into my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . I prefer meeting somewhere in public but not over-crowded. You can pick the place as long as you're happy. I am new to the area and looking to make some new friends. I enjoy most outdoor activities: hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. I actually love to sit in the middle of the woods and observe what is happening around me. I love the smell of rain coming in and the first snow of the season. I marvel at the fog burning off the lake. If you listen closely, you may even hear it! I enjoy motorcycles, but recently sold mine in search of the righ one. I am happy going for a drive, but prefer sitting by the lake or river. I enjoy reading, but would rather be doing things outside. The types of books I enjoy are mostly novels, both classical and current non-fiction. I like going to the movies, but I do not watch much t.v. I enjoy most types of music, but prefer country. I have a second career as an OR nurse and truly love it. I am back in school and working on yet, my third career! This is not to be confused with job displeasment or boredom. I just know where I want to end in my final career days. I am honest, fair, and easy to talk to. I am very social and enjoy meeting new people. I can be shy at times, though those who know me would disagree! I have much to learn and explore and would like to have a friend to explore it with. I have one son who lives out of state with his biological mother. I do communicate with him regularly and enjoy the time I spend with him. I relocated to the area earlier this year and look forward to meeting new people. I am looking for that one woman that I can "connect" with and spend my graying days with (running out of time with this one!) I encourage warmth, honesty, and deep felt conversation. I have a very serious side, but am an extremely witty one as well; mixed in with a touch of sarcasm! I do know when to listen, however. "Love not, Hurt not. But if you do not open your heart, you will not ever have to worry...." I would enjoy a first date involving dinner in a quiet restaurant, capped with a good cup of coffee and great table conversation. Weather permitting, I would later enjoy sitting on the river bank enjoying the stars, the night, and the company.
