I have moved quite a bit in my life and have lived all over the South-East. Most of that moving around was due to work. I am now a full-time student and am working on a couple of different degree plans. I am typically a independent person and have lived on my own since I was seventeen. My past job kind of hit a dead-end and that is why I am in school now. I work part time but my major focus right now is school. I one day would like to own my own business but that is probably a ways down the road. I am not the greatest at this whole online thing, I think I come off as, lets say different. I think that has a-lot to do with my past. I tend to enjoy just about anything but some of my favorite activities include competitive shooting, skiing/snowboarding, hanging out with friends and family, and school. I used to listen primarily to rock and alternative but have recently taken a liking to country. I am looking for a true relationship. My last relationship has made that obvious to me. Underneath a stoic façade is a down to earth, genuine and compassionate man. If you were ask my friends they'd say that even though I may initially appear serious they quickly learn that I am quite laid back and almost too relaxed in situations. I thoroughly enjoy bowling, stay-at-home movies and fine dining, but I secretly enjoy do-it-yourself projects and going to museums. I never get tired of asking questions and learning new things. Aside from characteristics posted on this site and personal attraction, which have their place, my ideal woman must at minimum possess one intangible attribute - empathy. For me empathy is the synthesis of and encompasses not only understanding but more importantly affection, kindness and intimacy. She must have the ability to act autonomously and pursue her passions and desires; in turn I would wholeheartedly support her.
