If I have to budget gas money to date you, you live too far. If you wear T-shirts with beer company logos on them, we're not a match. If you live in your parents house, we're not a match. If you're constantly between jobs, we're not a match. If you have kids and are not really that involved in their lives, we're not a match. If I can't tell where one tattoo ends and another starts, we're not a match. If your hair is long enough to tie back or you still wear it like you did in the 80s, we're not a match. If you cheated on your ex, we're not a match. If you shower less than once a day, we're not a match. If you can't tell what colour your counter top is anymore, we're not a match. Ever shopped online? Ebay, Kajiji, etc...? would you ever buy a product without a good, clear picture of it? Well, same concept here. You need a pic or no one's gonna "click to buy" you. ;-)I am physically fit. I wish I could say it's good genes. It's not. I carry the fat gene. Half my family is obese. The other half, like me, make a decision not to be fat every single day. We watch what we eat. We work out. We can't choose our genetics. But we can choose not to be fat. If you are making a different choice, we're not a match. The ring is not my wedding band. It's my mother's (RIP). It doesn't fit on the other hand. I never take it off. I suppose you could say I'm married to her love. I miss her every day. I wish I was less picky. Would be so much easier. But I can't be. I've tried. Never works. Yes, I am ridiculously picky when it comes to physical attraction. You must be very attractive. It's a fundamental thing that I've learned not to compromise on. Look, it sounds shallow. But it's not. I'm being realistic. We can label it whatever we want. We can position it in any number of ways. But in the end, the ultimate goal is the same. We are all on here trying to find someone we can like enough to have sex with. Some of us (me included) want it with one person forever more.-term. But ultimately, great sex is the goal. If the physical attraction isn't there, the sex won't be good. It's that simple. What you do for a living matters. You must be financially secure. This means having a secure income, owning your own home, having a retirement plan in place, education plans for your kids. And not being overwhelmed by debt you really can't carry. This isn't about me looking for a "suggar-daddy". It's about bringing the same to the table. We aren't in our 20s, or even in our 30s. If someone hasn't established themselves by their 40s, they're likely not ever going to.Good luck everyone! Let's figure that out if we actually get there!

Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
I'm a fitness professional who loves music, photography & being creative. I love to smile & I'm not afraid to laugh out loud :) I'm continually guessed at a much younger age, which I SO appreciate! :) My last full body fitness scan said my 'real body age' is 23...that feels about right ;) So, I need someone who's active and can keep up with me! I'm looking for a tall (6'2"+ preferably) HONEST, caring guy who likes to travel, go to concerts (especially if I'm hired to shoot the show) likes red wine and sushi. To be completely honest, I tend to mesh better with, and prefer, younger guys. I'd also like to find someone who can be supportive of my creative/artsy side. :) He should have an out-of-this-world sense of humor and be confident but not full of himself. I'm looking for someone who I find attractive and who is fit. Please have morals and values!! As well as be self-sufficient and intelligent. And, fellas, I like to talk, so I'm looking for someone who can hold a decent conversation. ;) Now, he may not be out there, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed! :)I'm into a lot of different types of music. It ranges from SynthPop and Electronica to Punk Pop & Heavy Singable Rock. CELLDWELLER, MESH &; MARIANAS TRENCH. If it's got a good beat and a catchy hook, I'm in! ;)Please don't be upset if I don't reply to your ***! I've been on this site before and was overwhelmed with *** would write mean *** not replying withing a few hours. I work A LOT, and crazy hours, and don't have access to my phone or the internet while working. I'll answer if I'm interested, thanks for understanding. :) Drinks or dinner. Anything low key so we can talk and get to know each other better.

I'm constantly bewildered by the cruel joke of heterosexuality. Why am I drawn to and attracted to the opposite sex when it appears that everything about us is, indeed, opposite? It seems that men are more suited to living with men, and women with women. So why are we trying to fit a square peg into a round hole (please pardon the pun as I believe I've just answered my own question while philosophizing). I am sort of a walking contradiction in that I love people but am sort of a loner. I'm a little bit country, but I'm also a little bit rock 'n' roll. I love to go for a long hike in the woods with my dogs, but when I get home I might blast some Radiohead or Pink Floyd... or Johnny Cash. Then there's big band music! So much to choose from...I like social gatherings but I'm more likely to enjoy doing something productive. Most of my hobbies entail solitude. Things like painting, writing (screenplays mostly), hiking, biking, hanging out with my dogs. Very dedicated to my dysfunctional family, as well. I'm not a huge fan of television but do like public TV and a few cable shows like "Curb Your Enthusiasm." I could watch that show for hours. Also like Mad Men and a guilty pleasure is "The Bachelor". I can be too serious/cynical about life sometimes but when my mind is free from worrying about my family, my friends and the planet, I can be a hell of a lot of fun! I love to laugh but I also can appreciate a peaceful Sunday morning drinking coffee, listening to music and reading the paper. (One stripper said that a raisin was once originally a pickle--I'm sorry, it's cruel but it makes me feel better about myself!) I'm a pescatarian and would prefer someone that's not big on eating meat. Also would love someone who is outdoorsy and more of a homebody than an adventurer.I've been told I'm a gay man trapped in a woman's body. Maybe you should be a lesbian trapped in a man's body? First date should always be quick and painless, like ripping off a band-aid, just to see if there is chemistry. A quick dinner/drink or lunch is preferred. If we make it to the second date, I'd like to take a day trip to a city I've never been to before (provided I'm driving so you can't try to kidnap me, only to be seen again on milk cartons--Have you seen this girl?) and explore the local culture. Restaurants, shops, art museums, plays, etc. If the day goes well, the drive back home exchanging time on the iPods (which we'll bring on the first date, of course) should be titillating!
