I'm not your typical guy, so I'll just go ahead and throw that on the table. Having said that, I'm sure the next question is: "Well what is that supposed to mean?!" No, I'm not. I retired last year.I'm going to sound kind of blunt and jaded probably, but I'm definitely not— I enjoy positive people and am very light-hearted… but this is a topic where I really know what I am and am not looking for in a possible partner; so I'm just going to be really straightforward— no B.S. or wasting your time and I'll just hope that you can appreciate it as simply that and not take it as "how I am".What I mean about not being a typical guy is that basically, I have interests and a personality that's going to be a turn-off if you're looking for your everyday cheating meathead who is selfish, loud and obnoxious. I've noticed an overwhelming trend amongst a lot of the females here that surprises me. I'll quickly list off what I'm NOT, so I can quickly destroy your dreams if you're searching for these things— :PI'm just really not that into:- Playing or watching sports- Anything "country" (fishing, hunting, "muddin", etc...)- Big, loud trucks or similar people/mouths- Cheaters, liars or excessively negative people- Country music- *** uneducated peopleKnow, also:- I am not in the military and have never been- I have no desire or plan on joining the militaryNow, that's not to say that I'm totally against the idea or possibility of sports or country music; I'm just saying they're not personal, active interests of mine. Also, I can (and do) tolerate dumb people… I just would prefer my friends/mate to be of at least average intelligence. The further you can stretch past that line, all the better. Now that I have gotten rid of the vast majority of viewers; I'll go ahead and spell out what I am about and what I actually do like, for any that may still be hanging on—I am:- Not a cheater or a liar; I'm very open with people- Educated and intelligent- Someone who is loyal and dedicated- Extremely easy to get along with- Confident and secure, without being arrogant- Very open-minded and laid-back- A well-liked person who finds it easy to make friends- Not finished with this, but I've gotta go right now, haha.To be continued very soon…Until then, feel free to message me with questions, comments, suggestions…

Hi! I have to be honest, I used to make fun of my friends that would date online. I always thought they were cheating by not putting in the leg work of going out and finding someone. And yet, years later, here I am. Life can be funny sometimes. But this is actually quite convenient, you learn a lot about a person from reading their bio. Great! Now I've built up the importance of the bio, no pressure right?I am 31 years old and recently seperated. I know right? But it's totally cool though. Let's see, I have a really fun job in the beer industry. Go in early and work a lot of hours but I love it. Most people would consider me a funny person. I get along with almost anybody I meet. Im extremely polite and respectful to people, unless I'm driving home in traffic on 610. I enjoy the outdoors as well as laying around the house. I would like to see the world one day. Huge movie buff. I have a great group of friends and family that I really enjoy spending time with. Looking for someone to enjoy life with. It's been a couple of years since my last first date. I would imagine dinner somewhere nice with long conversation while we get to know one another. Sounds simple enough right? That or we throw caution to the wind, and go on a road trip stopping at every photo opportunity we find, for example a field full of goats, trash pile shaped like an animal, someone passed out on a bench, or signs containing words that can have funny references. We would return after two days with an awesome photo album to remember our date. To be safe, maybe that should be the 2nd date. Gas is expensive and if we just don't hit it off it would be a long awkward drive home.
